I had such an awesome experience with Monica our home wifi box wasn't working something wrong with billing she immediately contacted customer service and got me the credits I needed for service that I initially paid for online I'm so grateful customer service was excellent

I'm nervous to deal with T-Mobile because of past experiences but I needed a new phone fast. Evie is a gem. She went above and beyond to make sure I got a camera I liked and gave me a phone case so I don't crack this one like the last! She took time with me and made sure I knew every offer I can take advantage of like T-Mobile Tuesdays.. and I left with a free tablet, too. Based on reviews, it looks like this company is lucky to have her.

Do Not Go Here. Horrible Service, The Manager Sahian Is Rude, She Ran My Card Prior To Giving Me All The Information About Activating My Device. After Asking For A Refund She Wouldn’t Give Me Her District Managers Business Number, Just All Around Very Unprofessional. Basically Just Didn’t Care. She Just Wanted To Make A Sale, She Didn’t Care About Anything Else.

Had 2 go back 2 times to just download exchanging phones info 2 new phone. He started waiting on 2 men I thot was rude disrespectful as women when didn't complete what we paid him to do store was empty ??

Sahian has great customer service and a beautiful smile and vibrations. She really made my day not too many stores has customer service and people skills nowadays but she has it all. Thank you Sahian.
