The new staff seem untrained and overly pushy. The associate kept insisting I buy a phone at full retail price plus additional fees, and the interaction felt very unprofessional. What concerned me most was that she repeatedly asked for my account password instead of having me enter it myself on the tablet, which Joana had always explained was for customer privacy and security. The entire experience gave off very sketchy vibes.

I went in last week for service and Champagne. The worst service, she profiled me and assume I didn't have money. Kept asking what my budget was I repeated myself that I didn't have a budget. I let her know I needed the plan with 25gb of hotspot and come to find out I got the one with no hotspot, I had to go back to let her know I didn't have hotspot and she still gave me the 8gb when I requested the 25gb hotspot. She doesn't listen to the customers needs and assumes what you want. I had to go to another location to find Johanna so she can fix my account. This girl Champagne will give you half of her attention if she's on a personal call.

Johanna is the best! this is my second time coming to the store and she had helped me on both trips with the patience to deal with my dad who has broken English and with the little to no knowledge I have with paying for my phone bill. Amazing customer service and will offer you the best plan to save money! Love her and the work she does!

Hey, hope all is well. As soon as I walk into Metro by T-Mobile a few seconds later, I'm greeted by s lady name Jo-Annah. Her presence was not overbearing she let us have our space. And then she ask do we need help. She has a very gentle spirit. She's very knowledgeable of the history of the store, and of phones. She really seems like she likes her job!! I said I needed to look around she gave me my space (I was the only customer at that time) she answered a call and her voice, and tone greeted the caller the same way she greeted us. She thanked the caller for calling. And when we were ready, Jo-Annah said thank you for choosing Metro by T-Mobile. We had questions..she listened then explained. Then showed us the product and she asked did we have any other qustions Jo-Annah made eye contact. She was never animated To be honest I feel I got more than just a phone from Jo-Annah, at the location on Fort Apache in spring valley I feel I got an experience. And confidence that i got a good phone Jo-Annah, servitude was a 5star experience five being the best!!
