Hey, hope all is well. As soon as I walk into Metro by T-Mobile a few seconds later, I'm greeted by s lady name Jo-Annah. Her presence was not overbearing she let us have our space. And then she ask do we need help. She has a very gentle spirit. She's very knowledgeable of the history of the store, and of phones. She really seems like she likes her job!! I said I needed to look around she gave me my space (I was the only customer at that time) she answered a call and her voice, and tone greeted the caller the same way she greeted us. She thanked the caller for calling. And when we were ready, Jo-Annah said thank you for choosing Metro by T-Mobile. We had questions..she listened then explained. Then showed us the product and she asked did we have any other qustions Jo-Annah made eye contact. She was never animated To be honest I feel I got more than just a phone from Jo-Annah, at the location on Fort Apache in spring valley I feel I got an experience. And confidence that i got a good phone Jo-Annah, servitude was a 5star experience five being the best!!

There are hundreds of Metro stores in the Las Vegas area if there aren't feels like it.anyways this is my favorite one and I always buy my phones here

I was waited on a sales tech by the name of Michael very nice very knowledgeable person very helpful and courteous he is an asset to Metro PCs. That is my metro store from now on. I highly recommend that store to everybody.

I've never been a fan of T-Mobile when it was necessary to have a contract to fool with them..now they are piggy backing Metro PCS.clerk JoHanna@metropcs Ft. Apache was dismissive about the status of my phone, I wanted to pay my bill, upgrade,by more speed and was challenged at every turn because Johanna didn't wanna be bothered! I will be cancelling soon so thank you very much! You took that money though for the bill, just didn't want to use customer service .?

I been with Metro PCs for a long timeI opened up my second account in 2017 at another location but with the same workers. I wanted to switch my service but Jo-Ann gave me a ACP paper I filled it out when Jay activated my new phone on my account I got a $30 discount. I give this location five stars. I miss the flamingo and Durango location but it's the same great worker's. Just glad the workers there are so helpful I got a iphone and Angie showed me how to facetime

I recently purchased a hotspot and could not connect to WiFi. After 3 hours with customer service I was told to bring the hotspot into Metro. Java informed me that I needed to use the reset password.I went home and got immediate networkconnection. Java did in 5 minutes what I have tried to accomplish in 2 days!!Thank you Java....you are brilliant!!

beware of shaddy sales tactics. they are only interested in selling you stuff without telling you the whole truth regarding products, service plans and trade in values. Not sure if the "so called" weekly free gifts exist. Went there a few times, early morning and noon time, they're already out of stock. re: advertised "trade in", they inspected our old iphones and said, not acceptable, and quoted separate "data upgrade" charges (i.e., transfer data to new phones). We went to Apple Store and bought the new phones for the same price, the sales man helped us to set up our phones and transferred all data for FREE plus giving us a substantial trade in value for our old phones. DO NOT GO TO this T-Mobile store. You have to be on guard ALL the time. Ask and compare with other stores. I do not recommend.

Horrible service at this location on more than 1 occasion. Not very knowledgeable depending on who helps you. They are not customer service oriented. Plus when you call the district manager and leave a message for a callback you don't get one. So I purchased a phone 3 months ago paid for it in full, when I went to T-MOBILE recently they said they could not activate it because it was locked by previous carrier which was metro pcs, so I went to metro pcs to unlock it and they said they could not unlock it and could not give a reason for them locking it.

Jai was a wonderful person. I felt was rushed by the older lady when I came into the first time. But my second experience was so great . I felt like a V.I.P customer I appreciate that young man for taking his time with me.
