Store is a scam. Been with the company for over a decade and they said that they had a promo to add a line for $25 and pay the tax and the activation and the phone would be free. That is 100% a lie. I was charged almost double what I should have been and then when I went back in to address it, the customer service rep was rude and defensive, the manager was not helpful, and his boss was conveniently on vacation. They also added thing to the phone plan without even letting us know. This store gives Metro PCS a really bad name. ?

My husband was sold a broken phone. We took it back to the store the next day and they reset it. Phone was still having issues so we took it back again and they order a new phone and they told us it would be a 20 fee......took a week for the phone to come and now they are telling us we can't get the new phone because of a small scratch on it..... you sold us a broken phone and now they don't want to replace it. They told us we have to go through insurance and they want a 100 dollars to replace a phone that was sold to us BROKEN. Manager was no help at all and I see that this has happened before at this store by looking at the reviews

The Store Manager, "Champagne", is the rudest customer service person that I in my 56 years of life have ever encountered. I was given a promise a week earlier that I could turn in my phone for the $20 warranty, after it was duly inspected for any nullifying damage , when the new phone came in. I came in today to pick it up, and this lady took a quick look at the pins, which a different lady had also done a week earlier and found no problem, and said that my phone was ineligible for the warranty because of a problem with the pins. I told her that if there was any damage to the pins, it was within the last week because it had been inspected, and found to be fine, a week ago. I had been given a promise that I would be able to turn it in. She did not care at all about the promise that HER employee, Jackie, had given me because she told me that it was my problem, not hers. She was dismissive and rude, and obviously does not care at all about customer service, only trying to make a cheap buck for herself and her store. I also told her that if "Jackie" had told me that any cosmetic damage to the pins would negate the warranty, I would have just left the phone with them while awaiting the new ones arrival. As I was never told this, I spent the week trying desperately to keep my 10 month old LG phone charged as it was nearly impossible to do so. It's feasibly possible that in the course of that week my difficult ministrations to the phones charging port nicked one of the pins. THAT is not the point, I WAS NEVER TOLD ABOUT THIS AT ALL! I was given a promise that any honorable store owner would honor. This store manager is one of the most dishonorable store owner, in my opinion, that I've met. I was trying to complete my discussion with her and she just walked away from me and refused to even look at or talk to me, pretended that I was not even there. Drive the extra mile or two and go to another Metro and stay away from this one.

This store is garbage..and everything in it..How do you not have a high tech phone on carrier Maclaren 7tpro..And they are not knowledgeable of how to set a correct activation.they were more worried about commish.So given 2 stars is to high on my standards for this store.I would blast the store mnger..not even worth the words..when he said he was mngr....I knew this store was not on point..

I had an issue that lasted over a year and finally decided to try one last time to get it fixed before switching to a different company. Luckily I ran into Johanna, a supervisor I believe, and she in less than 30 seconds fixed what no one else could figure out. Because she treated me with respect, I went back today to get assistance on something and Johanna was there and took great care of me. She is a real asset to your company.
