Stay away from this store. I spent about $220 just try out 5G home internet by TMobile only bcuz they don’t do credit check like TMobile does. T-Mobile does require credit check if you have service with them. 5G home internet only gives me about 150Mbps download speed vs 400Mbps like I have on my 5G phone so I’m returning everything including a new line that I was required to have. The return was less than 14 days but the girl works there says 1. There was a scratch (which you can barely see) on the screen so she can’t refund it. 2. She can’t refund the 5G modem bcuz my credit card got cancelled by the bank due to fraud and there is nothing she can do about it. She even called manager and she said the same thing.So I called customer service and all the sudden the store can now refund the 5G home internet by giving me cash instead. What a worst experience ever!!! I would not recommend MetroPCS to anyone at all. If you don’t want to go with major carriers, I recommend Mint Mobile which I have been using it for a couple years now with no issue.

So the last two trips to this store were horrible, because the girl working there was very rude and in helpful. She told me she'd have to charge me 4 separate 20 dollar transaction for the same thing one of her co-workers did for one 20 dollar transaction. She is always very rude like we are inconvenience to her because she actually has to do her job. Her name is Sahain at least that's what she wrote down and her boss is Miguel. I just don't understand how one employee( I didn't get her name but the lady was kind of heavy set , avg height and had long dark hair and glasses) can do something no problem, and you young lady have to make stuff difficult because why because you don't like me, because I wouldn't take your attitude. You work in customer service act like it. So to get my issue resolved I called metro by t-mobile they not only fixed the problem at no charge to they also took 5 dollars off my bill. Witch was awesome considering I didn't even tell them what happened in at your store. I've been a loyal customer of metro for 5 years my bill is always paid on time and or early. I have never had so many problems until I moved and started to use your establishment because of convieance. Now I will drive over to spring moutian and rainbow because they actually know how to talk to people. I don't know what's wrong with these kids that they don't understand the concept of customer service and think they can treat people any type of way and get away with it. I know nothing will be done because this is a family ran store but people need to be aware of the rudeness. And Unprofessional manor in witch this girl acts.

Went in to get phone activated for wife was told phone was unlocked and could be used for metropcs service got robbed for 15$ was told to call customer service and they laughed . Phone does not support metro and store refuses to give me 15$ activation fee will be filling out complaint with better business bureau and the state for bad business practices.

Worst service in Las Vegas, I purchased the metro g stylus, phone was excellent quality of service beyond horribleI couldn't believe they still have horrible service like this in 2020 when everyone else has 5G service, their service was beyond a low standards in fact my internet speed says beyond low it says please check your internet provider I would never recommend MetroPCS even to my worst enemy or my dog I can literally run down to the library and use their computers and look it up faster than what my phone speed is what a joke how could you be so horrible you deserve a zero-star on your ratinghowever the lowest it lets me rate you as a one do not use this location or MetroPCS they have horrible service and they will not help you after you've purchased phones. I don't think my butt should hurt this bad after buying a phone.

Been on the phone with this store for almost 10 min after calling them 8times prior with no answer.. highly unsatisfied with the level of customer service. No even a sorry for the long hold, please hold a little while longer.. with this Type of customer Service I may look for another provider as this is highly upsetting.
