I came in for a new phone because mine broke over 3 weeks ago!!!! Ubaid was very helpful and has incredible Customer Service!!!!!!!!!! I had an amazing experience and I am proud to be a Metro PCS customer!!!!!!!! Keep up the sensation work Ubaid!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I’m giving one star because I can’t less. My roommate been dealing with the lack of professionalism and bad costumer service in this store for months! Is really close to our apartment but she never can have any problem solved or even accurate informations here. Every single employee is ALWAYS lazy or in a bad mood, and they never can help with anything, telling you to try in another store or by the phone. Simple things they can do, they never have the time or even the effort in provide a good attention. I’ve been with her in a couple of occasions to help translate, but even explaining everything very well, they continue acting like there’s nothing they can do. Really bad for the name of the company, having this kind of lazy people that seems don’t want to be there.

GREAT PEOPLE GREAT SERVICE
The worker here was very nice, I was next door at smiths and being followed while the person kept taking pictures of me. I asked smith’s employees for help since my phone was dead and I couldn’t get into my Tesla and Smith didn’t intervene nor help me.
I went into this Metro PCS next door and The worker at the time helped me charged my phone so I could access my car and get home safe. While I didn’t buy a phone here, his help as a non client was amazing.

I had to wait over a week to get my repaired iPhone 12, then I go here because I'm having a horrible time with their online services, then they say it will take an ADDITIONAL WEEK. At this point I need to switch to Verizon. The service with this carrier around the city is god awful. I can't even go anywhere without my text messages taking 2 minutes to send. Even at home.

I was having a hard time with Metro online and went inside the store and the manager Alex was great.....he was very understanding and helpful! Definitely will recommend to everyone. He renewed my faith in Metro by T-Mobile. Thanks again Alex!

I asked for a simple question 2 days in a row, first day my phone didn’t charge anymore, and I wanted to purchase the iPhone 14 pro,……supposedly they didn’t have one available…. Because they were closing! I understand, being in retail. So I asked, give me your card so I can call if you receive some tomorrow, witch they claimed.I called and they had some the next day in the afternoon.As I entered the store, the young ladies had NO idea what they were doing…. I kindly asked, can you please give me a breakdown of what my cost will be and my first payment.Well…… the manager or whatever he is and pretends, joined them, and couldn’t give me a breakdown, his answer was…. I don’t know, we don’t know…. You will find out on your next statement???I kindly told him, hey listen this account, who I’m authorized on is my ex husband. We are great friends, but I don’t want him, excuse my French… tell me: woman what the F… are you going to pay for this phone? So can you please give me a breakdown, so I can inform him upfront the billing.Nope they couldn’t, so I said, well thank you but I’m going to take my business elsewhere.He became like a demon… you go, you get out of my store, I don’t want you here, you have a great day, leave!!! Leave my store!!! Goodbye!!!!I went to another location, they gave me the correct breakdown, and I was out in 15 minutes.It’s sad, poor man must have a horrible life ?

Came in a few weeks ago to get a phone transferred from my mom so she could use it on this network. The girl that helped me was very kind, even helping me past closing time which I greatly appreciate. Everything was done in a quick manner and my mom has been using the phone ever since.
