I had problems with my device in August,there was no promotion with Metro so i switched to another operator.Disappointed with that one so i wanted to come back to Metro.Fernando helped me bigtime.He was very proffesional and friendly.Supervisor lady also was very helpful but if you go to this store Fernando is the LebronJames of this store

I didn't really enjoy my visit to this Metro PCS store. My boyfriend has been a member for years and recently decided to add me onto his phone line. I felt like the worker that helped us out wasn't very professional. She didn't review what our plan would be like considering we added a third line to his bill. We both got the iPhone 7. She didn't ask which color we prefer which kinda of really bugged me. She just chose the black one. If she would have gave us an option I would have chosen the white iPhone. Just very unprofessional to me...

As soon as I opened the door I was greeted by a smiling face who introduced herself as natalie and she asked how she could help and even though I was there for a simple password unlock she helped me right away. I also mentioned to her i was planning on changing my device from home and natalie took the time to write down the info I would need to tell the other agent over the phone. If all the employees were as helpful as natalie I will return to this store location.

Metro has been a little better on service thanxs 2 T MOBILE! But...They DO NOT have 100% of their "towers"!! Another thing that bothers me is the fact that they still charge a $3 processing fee and a $15 activation fee even 4 an upgrade! Not RIGHT! Let me tell u this....T MOBILE has a better coverage if u go "straight " 2 t mobile! I have "straight " T MOBILE.. and my service is wayy betterr the METRO PCS...my data never ends and i pay $50 a month..they also have the $40 plan...I don't understand why people go 2 metro when T MOBILE is so easy and simple...u can easily take out ur sim card and pop it into another phone without a fee! U can change ur phone number for FREE every 6months! Metro PCS DOES NOT DO THIS!!! Just think people!!!? ***at this location the employees are helpful and nice***

Metro PCS.. Please.. more like Ghetto PCS. I had an absolutely HORRIBLE experience with this place and would NEVER EVER recommend them to any one!!! I'm a disabled Veteran and on a VERY tight budget so after saving up for 8 months i go in to the store to get a new phone(samsung J7) and sign up for the unlimited contract. once i tried to charge the phone after 2 days it wouldn't charge. so i look and a pin is bent back in the charging port.i go to the store and after being very DIEISSIMS , im handed a pamphlet and told id have to file an insurance claim and sent on my way. i call the # and am told my deductible is $100. Now Keep in mind i just paid roughly $137 for the phone and service. i even managed to go to the "corporate store"V after talking to a young man there and was told the same thing. THE Phone isn't even 1 MONTH old, are you kidding me!!! this should be able to be warrantied and i would thing they could issue me a new phone just because they'd want to keep a customer. I Say DO NOT SHop Here unless someone is holding a gun to your head, i'd rather get shot in the head than deal with a company that feels that the customer is not a priority.

Great customer service by Lupita. Was great to work with answered all my questions and I had a lot, gave me good advice. Now saving $40 a month over my T Mobil bill.

Sucks. NEVER COMING BACK. Sold my husband a phone they claimed was "top notch". Came home and phone didnt receive any kind of service the first two days. Called back and sales rep that sold us the phone said he retested the towers so it should be good to go. Cool right? Nope. Phone only works in ONE spot in my house. Called back to get our money back just outside their 7 DAY RETURN POLICY and they said to contact customer service. Called customer service and they said to contact store. Called store back and they said they can't refund any money because we're just outside their return policy time frame. Said only thing we can do to cancel contract is to not pay the following months bill and that I cant be refunded for phone or the first month that I paid. So we're out $220 and stuck with a phone that doesn't work. The manager even said to sell the phone to someone else.
