DO NOT BUY any phones from metro pcs especially if your an existing customer they put any phone you purchase as an “upgrade” which then makes you ineligible for any refunds. They also don’t tell you this before purchasing & that all sales are final. If you want to buy a phone you’re better off buying it yourself from somewhere else unlocked. The manager was also of no help.

Diego helped me tremendously. Just had questions and a memory task. Both thumbs up. Should mention this location (Buffalo and Tenaya) is not busy, especially after 3:30 pm.

Let me tell you, the customer service I received from Elver at the Buffalo location was superb! He was extremely helpful and patient with me as I was getting info on my phone transfer. He’s a great asset to have on your team.

Horrible customer service experience lost my old 5g a13 went to store to buy new phone they gave me a 4g a13 and put in as a upgrade without my knowledge didn't not explain in detail about procedure and policy found my 5g a13 and tried to return the 4g a13 I literally bought 3 days ago and was unable due to a policy that was not explained the policy was not throughly explained by the attendee I'm highly upset and dissatisfied with metro pcs after 4 years of service with them will be discontinuing service with them
