A customer had just recently purchased a phone from this location and the representative was African American looking from California said that she didn’t know a place to fix her phone that she just purchased from there. This person didn’t complete her phone but completed her husbands phone and said that the cell phone repair shop will unlock her phone for 10 dollars but why if she didn’t even exit the property? The phone only allows her to call emergency calls nothing else then the rep stated she didn’t want to hear anymore and dismissed me. If money was good to collect but service was not ensure the phone was properly working for me.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE ON ANY SHIFT! I kid you not I changed to a different provider cus of this I got tired of each time having a problem they could never help me or they try charging me somehow or they just have ugly attitudes don't even say hi when u come in just stare especially the ones that close up I HATED IT..somehow almost every metro store has nasty persona employees

Came in to have a sim card replaced at this location. The small $10 fee is not why I am writing this review. This review is solely for the customer service representative "Reina" that seems like she doesn't like her job at all..I'm not sure if it was my appearance, my ethnicity, or whatever the case may be. But I didn't feel welcomed, and she truly appeared bothered and irritated with me somehow. She displays very poor customer service skills and should be retrained, in my opinion. Now, I will go to another location to resolve my initial problem even if I have to pay the $10 fee. But coming back here to deal with Reina on any level will be out of the question.Do yourself a favor!If you do come here, ask to speak to someone else beside Reina. You will thank me later..

Tall young lady with dark long hair and the other one was short with blonde streaks. Right off the back you can tell they are bias against people of color even though they are apart of that category as well. The Latino ladies inside are rude and prejudice against the darker complexions of humans and it’s so disgusting and obvious. I came in on a weekday right before closing and will never return there. I wish I got her name but I just had to leave all that bad energy.

Reina was very disrespectful and I’m reporting this to everyone I can. She is rude nasty and belligerent! Don’t support this store at all. Reina doesn’t deserve to be management she needs to be fired !!! And I’m going to keep reporting until she is !!! This was the worst experience I’ve ever had with this company and I’m livid !

So u can't get technical help in the store without going all the way to corporate it's two hours on bus which is a huge inconvenience since I didn't buy it there and I'm disabled.feel like they took advantage of me and I hate metro PCs...I got wifi early this morning and there was no box..it won't be at the store until 5:30 ..tried to call couldn't get through because they had the ringer off. I just was trying to call them and avoid a walk back to the store ..and leaving empty handed like I am now.they offered nothing or take nothing off next months cost for the wait or the inconveniences of walking back to the store to find out I still have to wait another hour and a half...but she was sure to take my money. Honestly I don't even want the wifi anymore..oh it's 5:30 now..they close at 7 pm. Still no wifi box.or phone call and I guess the ringers off again because no answer either. I hate this store..
