I went into Metro on July 12th. I was a hot mess!! The day prior going into Metro, one of the phone agents messed everything up, it was a complete $h!t show! From the minute I walked into the store on Green Valley Pkwy Irene was AWESOME!! SHE WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND HER JOB, WHEN NO ONE WANTED TO HELP US, SHE DID! SHE STOOD UP TO HER PEERS BECAUSE WHAT THEY WERE DOING WAS WRONG. I AM VERY GRATEFUL FOR HER !METRO WOULD BE LOST WITHOUT HER!

I went to this location a month ago to replace my daughter's phone. He sent me home to call the insurance plan and I spoke with them. He neglected to tell me they only cover if it was damaged. So, I went back and he seemed agitated because I explained the situation. He had me call in front of him and kept getting more irate when I refused to lie to the rep on the phone. He wanted me to state it was broken, the rep heard everything thru phone and rep on the phone asked me if story had changed. The man at the store claimed he was the store manager, if he is he is a horrible manager. Furthermore, a week prior I upgraded my other daughter's phone because it was old and stopped working, same guy helped us and talked me into getting a 4th line. I asked numerous times if my bill would change because I didn't want additional charges well now my bill is higher from 118 to 139 so I am seriously not happy with this "manager" this is a disgrace for a customer of 6+ years to deal with and now we will be going in there once again for an explanation for the extra charges. If I get the run around I will file with the better business bureau because these practices are b.s.

Worst phone company available. Pulled out a double payment WITHOUT CONSENT AND DID NOT REFUND ME. I honestly wish i NEVER went with this selfish trashy phone company. Screw you guys.

Came to purchase a new phone. Got to the store exactly at 11 a.m. on a Sunday durning normal business hours. Just for them not to be open. Called the customer service to see if i could speak with someone. Went straight to voicemail.

I went to this store SUNDAY after 11am and I was serviced by ABIGAIL. Now I said: I would like to fix my acct and get the hotspot for my kids to watch movies and play videos games on. ABIGAIL: pero no problem I can help you with that.... so she fixes my acct then we discussed the mobile hs she tells me this 30GB will last thru the month and that they will have no problems with this device. She served it up real saucy like and made her lit ouchies off me ya dig. So boom we go home and we hook up the hs and it's working good for that day and I'm like mmmkkkkkkkkkrrrrrr oooooooouuuuuu! Then the next day it's dead . So I call 611 and then lady said it's no way 30GB is used up in a matter of hours. So she did something and it started working for a few hours and stopped working again. Today I go in and I let the girl know what happened and here comes little miss Abigail to counter. I repeat myself for the umtenth time and she begins to instantly say "I tell all my customers that this internet service is not good for streaming and that it will not last thru the month. How come you didn't say this 4 days and $120 later? Let me answer that for you because she needed to make commission. If your job is lying to ppl to make a sell and you can sleep easy knowing your as an artist by all means do you boo. But to lie and then try to defend the lie that you told in order to gain some paper it's disgusting. But I guess she needed that $10 commission pretty badly.

Took over an hour just to eventually be asked "Are you paying by cash or with card?" And when we said card, we we're told machine doesn't work. Would have been nice to know, rather than making us keep waiting. Service was very bad, and I do not at all recommend going to this location for anyone who uses MetrcoPCS in the Las Vegas and Henderson area.

I am so disappointed with this carrier in more ways than one.it's impossible to talk to customer service. They are out sorced all over the world half of them speak broken English I never get the problem issues resolved if I'm not disconnected first then wait for a call back with never happens. When I call again I never get the same person that was WAS trying to help me. When I ask for that person they can't transfer me you know why because they are in a different country . I am discussed with their internet as i have trouble connecting when I am away from my Wi-Fi. I can never get to look at my account through my zone says sorry please come back later when I do it says the same message. I am done with them. I was with Verizon for 19 years I changed carriers because they got expensive.

Stopped into this particular store to look at new phones for my daughter. They were really friendly and offered some pretty great deals we couldn't pass up. The service was so superb, that we ended up with THREE new phones instead of one. There are a bunch of Metro PCS stores around where I live, but I will continue to shop here because the staff was amazing. Especially Jared who handled everything we needed with complete ease and a smile.
