The Metro by T-Mobile 3125 E. Tropicana is the absolute worst. No one speaks English and the "Customer Service" is atrocious. I need to buy a new phone and wanted to look at the iPhone 15. I was told that I couldn't see the phone unless I purchased it beforehand. What? Run that by me again. The phone runs around $1000 so I wasn't about to buy something I couldn't see. They had other phones on display but not the 15. The whole place was so ghetto that I felt dirty even being in there. Obviously, I left immediately.

I'm sitting at Metro PCS on Tropicana and it's past 9:30am and Google say's "Open". They are closed and locked up. Three customers are wondering around with zero help. CLOSED????

I’ve had Metro for 5 years and I can without a doubt say Celest has provided the best customer service so far. Very helpful and informative, she helped me with my purchase in a fast and efficient manner and also let me know about the available deals and after learning about them I couldn’t see how anyone could say no! Got a new phone and when I swipe up Google News pops up canceling phone calls, music to every other site. It won't let me FaceTime or upload vids to Meta/You Tube. Took it in and they will not even touch my cell and their knowledge is zero! They are there to sale defective products, not for support/assistance.
