Even over the phone the customer service is top notch. Broke a zipper on my favorite MK backpack , they were so helpful sending it off to get fixed ( small cost, since warranty expired) . Thank you Amazing

Loved my experience here at Michael Kors. The entire staff was exceptional. I was assisted by Stephanie who was great! She helped us pick out 4 watches and other items for everyone else.Everyone greeted us, gave us compliments and even gave us champagne! Wow!
