this location refuses to check your items for you and stares at you waiting for you to scan everything and pay. they asked me if i wanted service. you have to ask??? just save your time and go to a different location. very disappointed in the lack of "customer service"

This store has horrible management and human resource practices. They seem to take advantage of the minors that work for this store. It’s extremely sad that because these workers are young and not as knowledgeable about their labor rights that the management team here uses that in their favor. The human resource department does even seem to care because they do not respond to inquiries. Horrible management practices and not a great place to work if you are under 18.

I feel like Micheals could benefit from more staff members, this place was baron and we had a couple questions we needed to ask.. no one around to ask though.A quarter of the store was also gutted, maybe due to Christmas just ending but it was really odd.Its sadly one of the best craft stores in vegas..

We love Michael's. Great selection, good prices, very friendly & helpful staff. Plus they can keep there prices reasonable because they're open on Sunday, instead of being righteous but having to raise their peices to make up for the revenues lost from being closed on a busy weekend day. Best of all you don't get the pompous attitude that you get from one of those other craft stores.

It's decent for a craft shop. Plenty of festive deco and deals for seasonal crafts. But realistically if you're looking for a wide variety of fabric options, your options are limited.
