I relocated to Nevada last year and needed to have my car serviced. I called MINI of Las Vegas to see if there was time the same day and was informed there was. Brought it in and received great customer service from Marc at the Service Dept. While waiting, I interacted with Jonathan who showed me a new JCW. I also interacted with Edgar at the Parts Dept. who helped me look for some parts I needed for my car. Overall, I had a great experience with the staff.

Booked in for oil change 10 days in advance. At previous appointment earlier in the year for a recall to be fixed, was told another issue could be fixed (wax leaking from side panels on car due to excessive heat) when the weather was cold and it would be covered under warranty. When booking recent appointment, was told this wouldn't be a problem but car would be required overnight. Left the car day before appointment so it could be done. When my husband dropped off the car, they said they couldn't do it because they needed to order the parts despite being told 10 DAYS IN ADVANCE it needed to be done.
When picking up the vehicle I was given a different reason for the side paneling not being completed on this visit - apparently there has to be a wax leak from all of the panels on the car for it to be replaced. There is wax leakage from all panels. I just felt like this appointment really, was a waste of time because I was told all work I needed doing would be done and it basically left me without a car for a day and a half when I needed it and had to take Ubers everywhere seeing as the garage cannot guarantee a loaner car. Really, really disappointing.

Purchased a set of spark plugs for a maintenance tune up. After installation car wouldn't idle and had severe missfire. Parts department said they wouldn't warranty parts unless I brought the car in to their shop. I'm 8 hrs away in Colorado so that in not feasible. Replaced with aftermarket NGK spark plugs and car runs normal again. We Purchased our mini new from them and have had all the service done there. I'm disappointed they would loose a good customer over 168$ worth of parts.

I am truly happy with the service I received at Mini of Las Vegas. They are always friendly and helpful, there are never any surprises. They a very helpful when it comes to warranty issues, ordering and replacing the parts at no cost to me. to the point of replacing things under warranty I didn't know were covered.
They sent me a video of the inspection of my vehicle so I could see there are no issues.
Ernesto (my service writer) is helpful and communicates with me every step of the way. 5 Stars

Ernesto was my serbice rep. He did a supper job getting us in and out as quickley as possible. One issue though was that their computer was down and I was not able to get a copy of the service performed.

I got a phone call about a recall software update from mini lv, very pleasant person made an appt for next day when I got my car back all the issues I was having disappeared, the ladies at the repair part were very nice explained the time frame and when it might be ready, very happy this second time there unlike my first time there.
