Miracle Mile

Miracle Mile is a safe community with a great area to live in, close enough to the strip and highway without being too close. The neighborhood is quiet, with a nearby bus stop, and the community park is clean and large. The pool and basketball court look good, and the community center is nice, hosting events throughout the year. The staff is very attentive and prompt, and the ladies in the office are kind, helpful, and fantastic. The maintenance men and vendors are also great, making dwelling needs a priority. The community is over crowded with mobile homes right on top of each other, and it is dark at night with hardly any street lights. NO parking is allowed on the street, and the park will tow vehicles. Package thieves are in the vicinity, and minimal residents keep porch lights on. The community is also owned by Lakeshore. Despite these issues, it is a special place, and the experience of selling a home through the office was positive, with the full asking price achieved. The beautiful view and surroundings are a lovely bonus.
