I get my nails done with Denise and she does an amazing job. (There are 2 Denise's, one does hair and one does nails.) Great atmosphere and they are both very friendly and kind. Definitely recommend!

There are two Denise's here. I love them both, but the 2nd Denise who did my nails is amazing. She does customer service how it should be handled. She is also amazing with conversation too! She will definitely be my new nail tech gal! I highly recommend here for hair and nails.

I have been a customer for 1 year and a half at Mirror Mirror Salon, however, I will never go back. I booked an appointment for a back wax last Friday. From Friday thru Monday I received 3 texts confirming my appointment. My appointment was scheduled for 11 am this morning (March 2). At 10 am today I received a text cancelling my appointment due to no technician being available. I should add that technicians name was Carolyn Townsend. I contacted Mirror Mirror Salon and explained the above. The receptionist informed me that I did not have a scheduled appointment. I found this comical as I received 3 texts confirming the appointment. The receptionist then said I would receive a phone call later today when the technician comes into work, however, after 3 hours I never received a call. I them called back and spoke with Chelsea. I explained the situation to Chelsea who told me that someone would call me today. I never recieved a call back. During these trying times I would think businesses would like to accomodate their clientele, apparently Mirror, Mirror Salon is not interesting in keeping clients. I will never return, very unprofessional.
