I do not recommend this store!! My husband didn’t wear the jacket we bought it the night before. Shows all signs of an unworn item, has the tag and the receipt!!! the owner is hungry for money. I tired to communicate with her she ignored my calls and text. Do not support this store. Worth garbage!!

Brooke was our sales person. She is just fantastic. Sold us a burgundy and black A21 mens blazer. Just the best in customer service and the best blazer I have ever had! Thank you Brooke. Great experience. Highly recommend the store and Brooke

I was in Las Vegas for a convention and stopped in this store to get my husband a birthday gift to bring home. His birthday wasn't for like a month after. I decided to buy him this "really nice watch" of course they told me it was on "sale" I paid hundreds of dollars for this watch and gave it to my husband today all excited thinking I got him this great watch and coke to find out you can buy it at Walmart for $82. To say I'm upset is an understatement. How can people do this? The original price tag said it was $700!!! This shoudnt even be legal! I literally started crying because I really wanted a nice gift for my husband and was so excited to give it to him and I was so embarrassed. It even came in this fancy looking box.

Stopped in to purchase a shirt for a formal dinner that I forgot to pack. Ester was there to help us and she is awesome. We told her the color of my pants that I would be wearing and she picked out a great shirt that even matched some of the colors of my wife's dress. We even went back down to show her how great she did. She was moved to tears. Great place and great employees.

I have never been treated so poorly by staff as I was today... I was asking for T shirts and the young man and girl both looked blank at me with a look like I was bothering them so I repeated my question then they pointed to where I could look when the young man said the cheep ones are over there! I then walked away when my sister goes to talk with them they say to her we are getting a bad vibe from her and you!! Omg!! What did I do to deserve that poor customer service!! Nothing ! I then told the 2 how I’ve never been so insulted in my life by simply asking a question to the staff that’s supposed to be working! They continued to look at me with a blank stare If they don’t train young people Manners then idk how that store can keep open

Bought a Vince Camuto jacket there. Right next to the newly refurbished Palace Tower. I was hesitant thinking it might be marked up. I went upstairs and looked it up! Price was just as advertised online and thus I bought it there where I could check the right sizes. I went back downstairs and found a belt to match. The next day I got several compliments on the jacket. First time I'd ever bought anything at Caesars other than food. Great styles and a very pleased customer with the service. When I saw the coat, there were two left. They held one for me and when I cam back the next day, the other one was already gone.

THE best customer service experience I have ever had in a men’s clothing store. My husband and I were “just looking” and ended up buying jeans, sunglasses and underwear from Josh. I tried to recruit him to move to Florida and sell real estate at my brokerage! He was so personable and wasn’t pushy at all. Just very knowledgeable and had an easy way about him. Venice was the other sales person and she was great too. Very friendly and great conversations. I really enjoyed the male buyers coming in looking for shoes because their feet hurt from walking so much in Vegas!
