I personally like this Moncler more than the one at the Wynn.
A big reason for this is because of Ronnie. Ronnie is my favorite sales representative and always ensures that all questions are answered and will go out of his way to make sure the best experience. He has given me many great recommendations and also is able to help with picking the best choice.
I have seen previous comments about racial profiling. As a Hispanic male, I have not experienced this myself.

Received great customer service here. My Moncler jacket needed new zippers. It was replaced in less than 10 mins. Great people here. Thank you Kim. Appreciate you taking care of us.

I couldn't buy the one I liked because it wasn't the right size and color, but I was grateful to the female staff member who took care of us for being so kind❤️
As I was leaving, I was so touched that the male staff member standing at the entrance said “Thank you”?
If I get a chance, I want to visit this store again later?

Alex was our sale associate and he went above and beyond to help us out all with a smile, a laugh , a joke and a warm welcome! We have been to other Moncler stores (USA and Canada) and always left disappointed in customer service approach. Alex closely listened to what we were looking for and brought out all the items that fit OUR wants and needs. When purchasing high quality, luxury brands I would say Alex from Moncler tops everywhere else!! Alex seems to really enjoy his job, the brand and people:).He follows up with you without strings attached, just to make sure you'll still loving the items and if you have any questions..the BEST customer service. Moncler is lucky to have Alex!

If I could give negative stars I would. Terrible customer service. They gave my approx $1600 store credit to someone with my same name and deleted my profile altogether then blamed me. Psycho. I do not trust this business and have decided to boycott moncler altogether due to their discrimination. They made it very clear they don't want me as a customer by deleting my profile entirely. This is a store, mind you, that I spent tons of money at and was a solid customer over the years despite the fact that salespeople there have treated me like I am not the kind of customer they want in the store. Despite the negative treatment I continued to be kind. Now I see that it didn't help and it's just a very snobby business that discriminated against me. Very unfortunate. Buyer beware.

I had an amazing experience shopping at this Moncler store. I was assisted by Nola who was absolutely terrific. The entire experience was very laid back, took my time to look around and was able to pick 2 items for my birthday. Loved that I could share laughs with Nola and it felt like shopping with a best friend. I highly recommend going there and ask for Nola if you need help finding anything. 5 stars are not enough to describe my experience there.

I had a great experience at Moncler. Normally other brands will profile you and make you feel uncomfortable, but Moncler was super welcoming and Comfortable. Nola was great and so was the experience at Moncler.

I went in Wednesday evening just browsing checking out and right away I was helped by Arinola, she was very friendly and helpful with my questions. I went in with an idea looking for a nice polo and she helped me out and didn’t pressure me or make me feel awkward while I was in there. The customer service was excellent, me and my partner are not from the area but next time we come up I will definitely be back so thank you again for helping making our experience awesome!

Little did I know that walking into this store was going to be one of the worst shopping experiences ever. We shop at high end stores so this was a new experience for us but you can't escape racism at the end of the day. Be very careful if you are African American going to this store. We were lied to after the purchase was made about the return policy. Ultimately, once the sale was known to happen it was apparent that the person did not disclose important information at the time of sale and just wanted the sale. He told me he tells all his customers the same information but when both of us said he did not, he did not take responsibility and left two very very unhappy customers. We are exploring other measures to get this experience known so others do not have to go through what we did. Please stay away from this company if you are AA.

Sad that the people you hire reflect your business. Absolute terrible customer service and the way they judge people.. ever heard "never judge a book by its cover." My husband I went in there looking for clothing for him. He saw something he liked, a matching black track suit in the glass case. When my husband asked to see it, the two Asian ladies (we're Asian, so don't come for me with Asian remarks) working immediately gave us a weird look and announces the price to us as if we couldn't or wouldn't be able to afford it. The younger lady gave such attitude when we asked what sizes they had available. We weren't even finished looking at the outfit and she started folding it and put it away. I gave my husband the look for us to spend our money elsewhere. What a loss to them because he really liked the outfit and was going to drop cash for it. It's okay we spent our money next door. Lol! Much better customer service! Highly recommend people not to spend their money in a business that judges you the moment you walk through the door.

I need a pair of sunglasses to block out glares when driving in my Porsche Raptor Convertible as well as for mountaineering and winter sports. These Moncler shades provide the stylish practical solution to all my needs! A great fit! Has shiny tinted mirror lenses with rugged plastic frame and genuine leather side-shades with air holes. Dimensions: 52-20-140. I like them so much, I end up buying three pairs. Thought I share my purchase with you.
