Bad store policy. If you transfer an item in. Apparently they won’t refund your money, if you don’t want the item! They will give you store credit! Don’t support any store that would create predatory policies like this.

Jeff laughs so loudly inside this store, you would think he took a big dose of LSD!LOL to laugh 36 times in 2 hours is unacceptable especially in a retail store. Management never did anything about this.What a Shame.
