Bad decision I've ever made when I took my daughter to this salon today. This place has no customer service. Worst hairstylist (Gina) I have ever seen. We showed her the photos of hairstyles of what my daughter wanted. To make the long story short, my daughter's cut was not even close from the photos we showed to her. I told Gina several times that the length was good and quit cutting it but she kept cutting it, so my daughter haircut looks like a bowl haircut. She was rude when I paid her. Do not come to this salon.!!! It's not only pricey! She's unprofessional and lack of technique. Zero star for her and to this place!

Worst decision I've ever made to take my daughter to this place. Price is not an issue as long it has good result. This hairstylist Gina doesn't know what she's doing. My daughter showed her the photos of hairstyle she wanted. To make the long story short; it didn't looked like the one on the photo. She cuts it way too short. It looks like a bowl haircut. She was rude when I paid her. Shes unprofessional and totally lack of technique. Do not come to this salon. One star won't even deserved this place.

If I can give this place a negative I would. The place is expensive and my hairdresser Joy is the worst! She said "you are paying for our years of experience and the quality of our work". Believe me, I don't mind paying if you get the job done. This is the worst salon ever!!! I brought in a picture of a simple cut with a slight layer on the side. She gave me a shaggy look saying "this suits you, you need more body in your hair". So stupid! I did not ask for her opinion, otherwise I would not have brought a picture nor given instructions on what I wanted to happen. I would have let her have her way. Ugh! And by the way, she cuts your hair wet! Who does that these days???!!! That alone gives you a clue that THIS WOMAN DOES NOT KNOW WHAT SHE'S DOING!!!

This place needs to shut down!!!! Worst customer service I've seen in my entire life, you come to the salon and showed the hairstylist (Gina) on how you want your hair cut and you tell her how much inches you wanted to be off, but she will not listen to you if you say cut 2 inches off she will cut 4-6 inches off your hair, and her reason is because its trendy right now, if you get upset with it she will tell you to cut your own hair! This salon needs to be reported!!! They over charge you and they don't even listen to what you wanted to be done for your hair! Beware

My wife was charged $440.00 for a hair procedure involving straightening of her hair. NO procedure is worth $440.00. I was outraged at the price and the only reason my wife goes there is she is filipina and the store is operated by filipinos. I was furious at my wife for spending so much and more furious at the salon for having the audacity of charging so much.
