Customer service is a joke. A 10 year customer with this company, and this local is the worst. The death in the family is hard enough driving the need for emergency funds, and this place was insulting. Calling out ROSE, the personality of a rock couldn't find her butt with both hands. Although I provided a paystub, of evidence of income identification, banking info and checkbook, and verification and validation she demanded I bring up my bank account on my phone and show her my income. Mind you she had a 10 day old pay stub, and they have no Wi-Fi, she asked for information that her supervisor clarified was not needed she tried to run a credit report without asking or obtaining my permission and the supervisor pointed to the fine print on the loan application. That's great customer service. When you're in need, down and out, the last thing you need is a clueless individual and zero positive interactions. Just needed a little help and not crappy customer service. Shameful, the owners will be hearing more. Bue Felicia
