It is the worst company moveon moving was the worst experience I have I Don't recommended to nobody, no good workers everything I got it broken and the worst they stole my sons electric scooter plus they never answer the phone when you try to call them but yes they want there money,no professional when they work and my moving I reactive one month and 3 days later,a very bad receptionist always with an attitude never polite and the person that gets your money Cathy Miller never answer the phone but yes always call to get the payment I'm very disappointed with what happen to me with this company they the worst they don't even deserve not even half of star

This company does nothing short of committing fraud. Have been after them for years due to the fraud they committed against me. Having PAID IN FULL prior to their arrival, they proceeded to change the terms, increase the price and did NOT acknowledge their screw up while their horrible movers were loading my stuff. They STILL owe me over $10k for the stuff they FAILED to deliver AFTER the entire move had been PAID IN FULL IN ADVANCE.
NEVER USE THIS COMPANY. PUT THEM OUT OF BUSINESS.

It wasn't a terrible experience but it wasn't a good one either. Communication was good at times but poor at others. When the truck arrived at the destination it was clear that the boxes had toppled over within the trailer but the driver denied this. I used plastic boxes for some of my valuables so they survived intact with no apparent damage. The blankets used to cover my office desk (wooden tabletop) were filthy and my desk still wreaks of the scent even after wiping it clean twice with cleaning solution. At the destination there was only the driver there to move things into the unit. I would expect at least two people for the small bedroom sized amount of belongings that I had. I could have done the move myself for about the same price and right now I kind of wish that I had.

Avoid this company — they have no regard for their customers and lack basic integrity. Everything I received was completely soaked and damaged. They hang up right away when you call in to try and find a resolve

Please don’t trust this company! Read the comments! I had a nightmare experience with this company! 9 out of 11 furnitures came in broken to pieces. They lost my appliances and my bike! They extra charged me to re pack all of the furniture, and ended up coming all broken! Their customer service is unprofessional, rude and disrespectful! Please save yourself a headache and heartache! They are not cheap in price, they just not telling you the price at the beginning! I have moved so many times and this has been a nightmare! I am
going public with this! Move on moving you will hear from me again!

This company deserves Zero stars. The absolute worst moving experience, constant price changes, holding belongings as hostage, delayed delivery by one month, poor customer service, and rarely able to talk to an actual person.

If it were possible to leave less than one star I would. They have my senior parents belongings and will not answer the phone, provide any information or a delivery date. Additionally, they were quoted a price and then told they needed to pay $2,000 more upon pick up. This seems to be a scam and may have cost my parents not only all their belongings, but many things like family photos and heirlooms that can never be replaced.

if i could give a negative rating i would…. can’t recommend this company even to my worst enemy. when my belongings were picked up, they argued with each other on how to get in the driveway where my storage unit was. then when they were loading, they handled my stuff like the gorillas in the old Samsonite luggage commercials. my desk and dresser were loaded and transported upended, without any concern for the contents. and communication was pathetic. i wasn’t told at pickup that i needed to email my address (i wasn’t sure if i was going to have it taken to my storage or my new home…. not that they hardly respond to emails anyway) and the loader just wrote on the paperwork ‘will call’. well i made several attempts to call with no response. finally a week later i got thru to someone and she told me what to do. after this, every time i called (not every day like they claimed) they were very rude and came up with a different excuse as to why my stuff wasn’t enroute. my stuff was held for nearly a month at their warehouse. then, since my desk and dresser were loaded and transported upended, they were a disaster upon delivery. the final delivery was the only positive part of this whole fiasco, the driver was very informative as to his approximate arrival, and had no trouble getting into my neighborhood
