They inspected the path it would enter the home, stairs they needed to navigate and area it was to be placed. They reassembled the chair and made sure it worked and was placed exactly in the space we wanted it to be in. They were kind, and made sure to watch out for any possibility of damage of which there was none. Highly recommend.”

“Overall none of My things were damaged which was My biggest concern. I had a sleeper couch to move, my wooden table, my bed frame, mattress, my vanity, my Dresser, daughters bed frame and her mattress. When i first called I spoke to Aaron I believe and he broke down costs etc and possible estimate. He also told me if they went over some minutes they wouldn't charge me for the 30 min price which they go by 2 hour minimum and then go by 30 min increments which is 65 for 30 mins I believe.
Moving day 2 guy job apparently and they did come on time. I do appreciate that my vanity did not get damaged since it was one of the more sensitive things and asked for special attention to that item.
When it came to my daughters bed.... which is an ikea loft bed frame. This Gave them a very hard time. The dissembly took quite a while. And when it came to the assembly that's what ate up the most time. It seemed to be a very complex bed for them and just be aware that they probably do not have much experience in assembling these kinds of beds. My bf went in and helped with the assembly or else they probably would of took wayyy longer and cost me way more money for just a bed assembly. The bed us complex. And maybe I should of hired a more experienced person to assembly the bed instead because it was costly for this. Plus my bf had to go in a help.
Once done which ended up being 620 total.
130 each hour +100 drive time and they took 4 hours.
Once done they went over 6 mins and I was still charged for the full 30. I wasn't told those before I was told I wouldn't get charged for going over some time. I did tell this to the mover guy Renee and he did say "well that's like us working for free for 6 mins".If that's the case then they should of worked up until the 30 mins. I probably had more things to do. He also told me he decided to not charge me for a box they used for my vanity. When my bf and I went I went back my house the box they used apparently was still at the first address lol. I understand companies are about their money but so am I. Just would of been nice to be told up front and not just say that to earn business because that just looks bad to me. But just glad my things weren't damaged. I did tip them because things weren't damaged.”

Crew were very quick to respond via phone or email and are very accommodating. They had a flexible timetable, showed up on time, loaded up the machine without any SINGLE ISSUE, unloaded at the destination and completed the job smoothly without any problem.”
