Moving Services was the only right choice for me on my move, I was satisfied from the beginning on the phone with Chase, up until my furniture was delivered and I must say I am left very impressed with the fulfilled promises I was awarded! Five stars for Moving Services for setting me up for success on my move.

I hired them to move my son to Texas from Utah. I paid the deposit and had a date scheduled. The movers failed to show up due to time constraints on their part. When I was called to rescheduled, I was informed that the price would increase due to a motorcycle being moved. The motorcycle was always part of the deal. At that point I emailed chase to cancel the contract and refund my money. I was within 72 hours of signing. He has refused to refund my deposit. This entire company is a scam. Do. Not use them.

I used this company when I moved to Austin, TX, from San Francisco, CA, and the total cost was $1,800 plus tip. It was a great price for such a long move.
However, when I moved back from Texas to California, it was a different story.
This second experience was the most frustrating I’ve ever had to deal with.
Before pickup:
I was initially quoted $2,400 by Justin for my move, but the price increased to $3,100 due to the number of items I had. After selling and giving away half my belongings to lower the cost, the price actually went up to $3,200 at the time of pickup.
I called Nikki, who I believe is the owner or works for a company called Royal Moving (I believed they were contracted by Moving Services), to discuss the price and the incorrect item count. I received no response until the next day at 10:30 PM. When she finally got back to me, she gave me a vague answer and didn’t address any of my concerns.
After pickup:
Normally, I would receive a call notifying me of my scheduled drop-off a day in advance. This time, I was informed just a few hours before, completely disrupting my entire day. When meeting up with the movers, I was told that I needed to sign some paperwork and make my payment before they would unload the truck. This seemed odd to me, so I asked Nikki for clarification. She explained that this policy was in place to prevent any payment disputes if there were damages. I didn’t feel comfortable with this, but I went ahead and made the payment.
After the payment was made, I noticed there was damage to my items. When I inquired about the damages, I was blamed for how I packed my belongings, which makes no logical sense whatsoever. I will never move with this company again, and I advise anyone else to avoid using their services. I feel completely ripped off and still waiting for an insurance claim form she said she would send.

An absolute scam. I paid $700+ by check, sent a photo of signed check for $700+. It was IMPLIED that was the total cost. I needed the item, one small piano, moved and delivered asap. Moving Services agreed to all I said. When the contract was emailed for me to sign the price was over $2,500 ESTIMATED costs. I could smell this scam all the way to the garbage can. Steer clear of them - so disappointed in their blatant dishonesty.

They are a total rip off, please run and don’t look back. They quoted me $2,500 and when the movers came in this tiny truck, they ended up charging me almost $6,000. I told them all the big furniture I had, but they left off the sofa which increased the price. And to top it off, my stuff is stuck at their hub and have to wait to get it delivered. Please do your research on moving companies and make sure they get everything written down or they will rip you off. I am unemployed and disabled and they literally took every penny I have. So, now I have no money for bills or my car payment and they could care less.

Fast friendly and affordable services. If anyone would ask about a company as such I would definitely have these guys at the top of my list. Everything about them down to their affordable prices took my attention. They live up to their word for sure

I called the guy he talked to me nice. We spoke about miles and prices and things went smooth. We went ahead and set the moving date and it was a wrap. This guys did great Nothing was broken definitely deserve a tip. I'll recommend.

What a scam! They are a broker who will give you a lowball ball quote and then when it’s time to move whoever the company that takes the job will say it is way more stuff that was inventoried. They will purposely put a minimum number of items on the inventory and the company picking up the stuff will be surprised at how much more stuff you have. Then they want thousands of dollars more. Please, save yourself the trouble and do not give them any business!
