The night before I was due to drive home from Las Vegas I discovered a leak. Since my trip home was over 200 miles, I was obviously concerned. Superbowl Sunday was my expected departure and so didn't hold out any hope I would find a mechanic and if I did, I expected to pay tons.I ended up getting in touch with Mobile Mechanics of Las Vegas and so grateful I did. I called before 8am and after a short hold was connected to Steve who was very courteous and listened intently. After explaining I thought the leak was related to the power steering pump he asked a series of questions to diagnose the issue and explained it may either be a return hose or pressure line. He suggested that I meet one of his mechanics who was working a job on my way out of town, near an auto parts store in case we needed parts. I thought this was a great idea and so did exactly that.He kept me updated over the next hour while I waited for the mechanic. When the original mechanic took longer than expected Steve called to inform me he had dispatched another mechanic instead. I was thrilled as I wanted to get ahead of the traffic home.James came out and went through a series of physical and visual inspections. There were several possibilities however finally discovered it was simply a bad cap to the power steering reservoir. I couldn't be happier because this was one of the simpliest and cheapest things it could have been. Aside from the $175 service fee, there were no other expenses.I was so grateful that I was not seen as an opportunity to make money however instead they genuinely cared about getting me home safely. Thank you Steve and James. I drove home confidently and safely knowing that there was nothing serious wrong.I will keep their phone number in case I ever need anything in future and recommend them to anyone who needs mechanical services. Thanks Mobile Mechanics of Las Vegas!

They will ruin your whole time in Vegas waiting for them to show up. They'll even call you back to tell you they will be there in a half hour and not show up or call or answer their phone. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!

Great! Was able to make specific repairs instead of grand repairs like in the shop when it's one thing. I was very grateful. At the time I had just had a baby and I wasn't bringing in any extra income. Maintenance came at an inconvenient time but thankfully this service was affordable, RELIABLEN thorough and still seeing the success of their repairs. Thank you!

Response time was A1! But when the tech showed up to my place, he wanted to charge me $175 for a diagnostic after I told him exactly what the issue was...he was unable to figure out how to tackle the issue so he started watching YouTube videos...if you decide to go with this company beware...you shouldn't have to pay for a maybe!

Our 2004 Ford Explorer's air conditioner only blew hot air. One estimate we received was for $3,200 to replace everything and $1,900 to replace parts were two leaks were "found". We attempted another estimate, if we bought the parts was $971. We called Mobile Mechanics and Ariel came out in an hour. He found that the air conditioner only needed Freon. We were charged less than half of what the last repair shop estimated. We will be using Mobile Mechanics from now on. Thank you Ariel!! Fast, friendly and honest!

My truck broke down when driving through Vegas on a Friday night.. I found these guys and was able to get something set up the same day Saturday morning . They come to my hotel and did all the work in the parking lot. Ariel and Danny got me back up and running in a couple hours and now I'm able to keep my vacation on track. I can't speak on any of the other bad reviews but I had a great experience and would definitely use them again.

We needed to have a MaxxAir fan changed out to one with a remote (since I couldn't reach it to open it) and didn't want to take the trailer to a shop. Mobile Mechanics has independent contractors instead of employees so they contract with one to do a job when it's called in. They are busy so getting coordinated with them time wise is tough but worth the calls. We called a few but only got response from 2. Mobile Mechanics was the one we called first. They said they would get someone over today before 4 (as we had a dinner to go to) or the next day between 2 and 4. The guy came at 4:30 as we were walking out the door (guess, he wasn't told the whole story). We showed him the fan and he said he would return the next day between 2 and 4. We called the next Saturday when no one came but they said he was still busy and it was getting dark so he would come the next day. I had to call again to see if someone was still coming and he put us next on the schedule since we were having our Thanksgiving dinner that day (Wednesday). He arrived with a mask on and got right to work.Scott was the one sent out to do our job. The work he did was excellent and he made sure it was sealed well so we had no leaks. I recommend Scott highly. Scott is 5 stars. The only issue is you do have to call a number of times. Sometimes, they don't answer and you can't leave a message because their voice mailbox was full.(I meant to tell them). 3 stars. I would definitely use them again!

I pull up to the maverick gas station at 7:55 pm last night on warm springs and Bermuda to put a couple bucks in the tank (Going to Costco in the morning for way cheaper gas) Anyways I put $5 on number 7, pump my gas and start my moms van... When I shift it into drive I notice the dash says it's in reverse.. Weird.. So I shift it to park. The dash still says reverse, ok seriously what's going on? I have the bright idea to turn the car completely off... Well I thought I did. I release the break thinking the car is in park and guess what I saw...THE DASH STILL SAID I WAS IN REVERSE.Sheer panic ensues as my moms van starts to roll backwards. What. The. Hell... I pull the ebrake and calmly try to evaluate the situation. First thought "moms gonna kill me" second thought "what the hell did I do wrong"I try to start the car but get an alert saying the car has to be shifted to park before the engine can start. Dash says it's in reverse ; shifter says the car is in park. Crap. More panic. Another 5 failed attempts.I breakdown in tears and head to YouTube. Surely they know what's wrong. Turns out moms van is kinda known for this problem when it gets a bit older. Great. I settle with the fact I cannot fix it and hit the web. 24 hour mechanic Las Vegas. Boom. This business is the third listed. I call. A man ( I assume the owner) answers and I explain my issue. He tries to talk me through the repair on my own. Doesn't work. He says he'll call me back in 5. When he doesn't call I call him, he states his guys are busy. I'm not upset because honestly it's to be expected. I'm not a princess I know others are busy. I tell him I'll wait. In the meantime I call my girlfriend. Beg her to come help. She comes. Can't help. Although the visual was funny, I'm seriously losing it trying to fix this situation.Owner calls me back and says Scott is on the way. Scott arrives and tries the same things I tried. Doesn't work. He runs diagnostics and finally finds the issue. I cap the size of a cheerio has come lose. So the gears are messing up when they try to switch. He showed me. He pushes the Cheerio thing down and the car switches to park and my girlfriend starts the car.He also explains it common and if it's not covered under warranty at ford that he will order the official part and do the repair. He is sweet and explains every step of the way. He repairs the issue the best he can and I am on my way home. The owner was helpful with the pricing. I was honest that I didn't have what he initially asked for the repair. He worked with me and we came up with a happy median. During these times it means a lot when people are looking out for one another.Scott seems to be the go to man from all the other reviews so I'd say stick with him. He is polite and very helpful.Oh and last thing. Out of the 55 cars that came and went only 2 people stopped to ask if I needed help. As I'm laying on the ground in a summer dress. Smh and they say chivalry is dead! Lol Thanks Scott
