they are currently forcing a family to live in the middle of summer heat without AC. no answers, no help. currently going on 15 days since the AC stopped working, 9 business days. they've had people come out and give quotes for fixing the issue but then stop after that.

I paid Mynd $150 for an application for them to come back and denied Me and two other’s that was on the application as well -we all have a 750 credit score- mynd just stole our money- mynd is a big fraud -do not use them at all they will steal your money facts

Do not rent from Mynd Management. If you inquire about one of the homes, they don't leave you alone, once your in, they go radio silent. First day I received our keys had to submit 7 maintenance requests.It's now 2 weeks and still no hot water.This rental is in Henderson NVHorrible Management Company.
