I can't tell you how much I love this place. No matter how far or close they are to me, they are always my go-to when getting anything done. They've helped me with last years prom nails. And This year's prom nails, not only that but as well as something simple at manicures or pedicure. Staff is very friendly, and will always remember your name, and very lovely to chat with. 1000000% recommend coming here, very worth it.

Visiting in town and was recommended here by a friend. Couldn't be happier with the friendliness and gorgeous gel polish manicure. Would definitely go there again when in town next.

I have been to a lot of places here in Vegas. Many have been very upscale locations, but I have not found the quality I have found here. The staff are so very friendly and I feel like family here. I continue to come back no matter where else I have gone. Thank you to the staff for making each experience a great one. Thank you for always listening to what I want and following through. I have not received such excellent service at any other salon I have visited.

My Wife always, once a week, and myself, when I want a pedicure, patronize Nail Image. Outstanding Professional Service always!!! Know us by name, always amazing work for my Wife, and when I need to relax!!!

I don't really know how this place is open, it's so dirty, like nobody has cleaned this place in a long time and the people that work here, they don't really know what they are doing when they are doing nails.

I've went to this place a good couple times. They remember their customers, and show up most respect. They make great conversations, and all those thay work their are so sweet. My experience with my nails and pedicures are amazing. I really recommend this place, and I will keep coming here no matter what. They all are amazing, and they take pride in their work. I 100% recommend them, they are great!! :3
Cleanliness: After every customer, they clean their chairs and stations. They are very neat and tidy.

I so badly wanted this to be a more than 2 star review, but the only reason it’s getting 2 stars is because the lovely lady who did my pedicure did an amazing job.
Onto the reason why the rating is so low. When I came for my appointment, I had to wait a bit because they were working on another client, which was fine; however the first red flag should have been that the client asked for John to do my nails first instead of doing them there at the pedicure chair where she was. Once he started, John filed off the gel polish and filled the acrylic. There was acrylic under my nails and were not filed to get it out. Before he laid down color, he had me get my pedicure (which again was amazing, I regret not getting her name). Another client came and he had her sit at his station and let her know he was almost done. He started to lay the color down while I was still sitting in the pedicure chair. He also did not use the correct color that I had picked out but at this point, I was ready to leave the salon. I’ve done this before and wasn’t bothered by it, but the end results were why I’m writing this. It was clear John was rushed because of his waiting client, and my nails came out streaky, there was lint that was stuck in the gel, and my nails started chipping the next day. Within 3 days, my acrylic was lifting at the cuticles. I had to go to a different salon to have them take off the acrylic and do it over. This was disappointing, as I had spent over $60 for a fill with John. All in all, I wouldn’t return, and I wish more time had been taken to create quality work.
