Typical auto parts store. Most items on the shelves are way overpriced. When you first walk in there’s usually a group of employees that will just look at you. You usually have to walk down by the next set of registers to get someone to acknowledge your presence. This employee will typically be friendly. Usually have the parts I need when most others don’t.

Rude customer service and poor knowledge . I ask how much fluid do I need to put in . And whit a huge attitude he says he doesn't know.had to look my self over on line. Never come back overhere

The store was empty when I visited this location. I asked for 5 items to do a comparison with, and they were $3_$42 higher than the competition.But it's a trusted name!

Staff is always helpful and knowledgeable. Plus they will deliver right to your house, usually within a couple hours.

The representative was reluctant to assist me with my needs. I had to press h for information and help. I should have left and went to another store because this young man acted as if he had personal problems and did not want to assist me like I was irritating him by being a purchasing customer.

Don't necessarily have a problem with the people. BUT, I recently ordered 100 dollars worth of items during their Christmas promotion. Now I get a call saying part of my order is no longer available. I ordered a few oil filters for one of my cars. According to their online system they only had 2. So i purchased both. Now 5 days later they're gone. I guess sold to someone else? Well, if i was a customer service rep i would make sure that when said filter comes in I will make sure you get it. Nope, Not for me. Sorry but we can't source them. Forever or just now? Not happy with the outcome of this event. I even had them take the filters and gaskets off the order and was willing to accept the now partial order with the 25% discount. But he didn't take the gaskets off the order. I just canceled the whole order. I figured the whole ordeal was to get me to spend 100. Going forward 7 hours later. The online ordering system will still let me purchase the items they say are not available. What's going on NAPA? Is it available or not? Deceptive business practices going on here. Maybe the Attorney General of Nevada should get involved to see why this is happening. Explain it to them now. Good Luck NAPA
