Wrongfully flagged my 5-figure cashier's check for fraud and seized it for 7 days. Won't explain why they thought it was fraud. Complaint filed with CFPB. Also currently under investigation by regulatory authorities for denying Black and Latino members home loans when controlled for income, credit history, and other financial factors. Black and Latino military personnel and families, go bank somewhere that's worthy of your service and sacrifice.

Wished my experience was more welcoming from the teller. While making a deposit and asking questions, she began making comical, sarcastic, rude comments that wasn’t needed. Very rude for no reason.Update: Appreciate the response however it’s best to acknowledge the issue of horrible customer service and provide a solution for customer service training before this issue further.

Always an issue with the ATM at this location. Considering that there's only 1 location per city (Las Vegas, Henderson, & North LV) you'd think they'd be more proactive about running a tighter ship. Hope it gets better.

The tall brunette lady was pretty condescending and went out of her way to be dramatic in response to a simple questions. Used excess hand gestures to show extremely blatant condescending response. Usually there’s a nice short lady that communicates various things about standing in line or waiting to see someone. So I was taken aback by the rude snarky behavior this talk brunette had. This was on 11/18 15 minutes before close.

It takes me about 20 mins to get to the closest location and their ATMs are always broken. Very frustrating and so inconvenient. And when they do work on the rare occasion, the ATM machine is soooo slow, it takes forever just to do a simple deposit. Need to find a different bank.

This complaint is for phone and online DISPUTE customer service that I went in person to do with this Rainbow Navy Federal location From time to time I would file a dispute none of the disputes are resolved they suck's I'm tired of them I've been a Navy Federal member since 2000 their DISPUTE department is getting worse and worse Navy Federal Credit Union online customer service and phone customer service are the worst people on earth. I filed a dispute over the phone and online it took them a month to reply to one email it's been 5 months I'm still waiting for my dispute when calling again they said sorry our policy is 90 days to file a dispute. Bad bank bad customer service they can kiss my white *ss I closed my account I found another credit union Mountain America Credit Union. I love this bank People close all your Navy Federal Credit Union Accounts that credit union is the worst credit union in America

I've been a member of NFCU since 1977. They have consistently provided exemplary service throughout the year. NFCU"s employees are the perfect example of what real, wonderful customer service should be about. I'm so blessed that my Dad signed me up with them when I was 16 years young!

So this location is a great location, everyone is really nice and even though it's busy, it's worth going to this location even if you live across town. We had went to the Henderson location a few times because it's closer to home and oh my God the people that work there are just so rude.

Had issue with the ATM but the teller was very understanding and helpful in assisting me with my transaction. I find not only this branch but all Navy Federal branches to be helpful and pleasant in a complishingmy financial needs.

I can’t express enough how much I love this bank! Everyone here is so professional and knowledgeable. NFCU also has the best banking options and loan percentages. Best decision I have ever made switching to Navy Federal Credit Union from Bank of America.

I only use the ATM. They dispense $50 and $20 bills only--No $100. Dispensing $100 bilks would be nice.

Worst lending department ever. Without request, credit card limits are adjusted and card was canceled, even though all payments were on time.You'd think a company that catered to the military would be more transparent with their clients. Had to move to a new credit union.
