Literally the nicest employees you hate hating because the bank is so disconnected and does not listen to their customers or their employees. Just spent an entire day dealing with the fallout from an accidental NSF, because the bank AI decided it was more profitable to ignore my call several days ago asking for the bank NOT to do a courtesy and pay the check even though I have made a point to NOT be enrolled in the overdraft program. NSB did it anyway and I just spent the entire day on hold with the bank and the State of Nevada trying to figure out how to unscrew my trust account. Also, the Regional Manager, Maria Montelongo, could not even be bothered to call me and had her assistant call instead to say the computer caused the problem and I should stop wasting my time complaining. Thanks NSB for being consistently incompetent when it benefits you financially.

Centennial Branch is a wonderful, friendly branch. I visit this branch daily, and everyone is always nice and very helpful. Eileen does a great job making sure everyone feels welcome and gets the best customer service

This branch never answers the phone and when you go in, they're clueless. Nobody knows what's going on and you get different answers every time. NSB overall is horrible to bank with. I do not recommend them at all.

going down hill as fast as the woke government.....been with NSB for 18 years, but since the woke world took over this bank has been horrible, atms are broken and not repaired. The online banking site was redone and is horrible....the categories of sending payments were left out, and i paid the same bills twice as. the payments were hidden until the next month.. getting back overpayments caused the receivers to charge me for returned checks. really sick of this bank going elsewhere

Literally bank ANYWHERE else. My husband has had nothing but problems with this bank in a multitude of ways. Kim is incredibly rude and the conversion we had on the phone today confirms that our bank account with them is definitely going to be ending soon. 0/10 would NOT recommend to anyone who wants their banking done in a timely, easy, and efficient manner.

I'm appalled at how they do business !I just recently had my first experience of my checking account ever having insufficient funds! Calls to my local branch were useless. It seems for all scheduled bill pays, if there is a problem, you have to contact a company that services multiple banks, tell them the name of your bank (Nevada State Bank) and go through the whole story about how it got to insufficient funds due to no fault of your own. To add insult to injury, anything you find out through contact from the "Online Account Help" isn't included in any record NSB has access to. I have waited since 12/23/22 to resolve this issue because NSB holds insufficient funds notification "tickets" from the Online Account Help" for 24 - 48 hours. Unfortunately in my case, NSB was closed 12/24 - 12/26 for Christmas. Where I thought it would be resolved by 12/27, I found out on that date, I still had negative funds listed and once again called the Online Account Help only to find out, it would take 24 hours for my account to be resolved !!! You also can't schedule a bill pay for any weekend date or federal holiday and if you unfortunately schedule all your bills for the month, they basically put a hold on your account for the total month's bills. It's only a problem if you only have more than 1 deposit per month and it doesn't cover the total of that month's bills. I'm sure they have covered themselves by having something in their checking account laws (which no one I know ever reads through !!!). In 50 years of banking, I have never faced such anger and frustration with a bank ! Stay as far away from NSB as you can !!!

Don't bank here. They will charge you fees no matter what. No one has the right information. Was told many different things. Make your account $1500 no fees...then $2500 no fees. Then $3000 no fees. Then charge me fees for money just sitting there. Charged me $460 in fees over the life of my account and then refused to reverse them. Bunch of crooks. This is why I hate banks.

If I could give this branch 0 stars for the god awful service I would! I have never with more incompetent idiots in my life. They can't read and have 0 customer service. I will closing all accounts and making sure everyone knows not to use this bank especially this branch. Tried depositing a check and the manager didn't even bother to help or listen. Just denied it without looking at all court documents! Carrie you are awful and don't deserve a job

Excellent customer service. Tellers are very friendly and fast. One specific teller is always amazingly happy and helpful and makes everything so much better when he is around. His name slips my mind at the moment. I've never had a bad interaction with this bank from setting up my first account till now.

If I could give this place a -5 I would. The agents have horrible customer service/support. I lost my card 2 weeks ago and still don't have a card. I've talked to 3 people and nobody can help me or transfer me to a manager. I just want my card. I'm switching banks and whoever is reading this don't bank with Nevada State Bank. They don't care about their customers. WORST BANK EVER!!

I call and speak to Martha. I asked a basic question on opening an account. She didn't have the answer. I asked three times and all she did was avoid a question. Do you do a credit check for opening a checking account. How does she not know. I'm only asking as I'm refinancing my home and don't want to get dinged. I ask for a manager. She leaves me on hold for 10 minutes and never connects me or checks on me. I hang up n call back and I get her again. Said she's busy. That nice. But it doesn't excuse your bad customer service!! Have her my name and number for the boss to call me. Did I get a call? Nope! Horrible service. Untrained employees. Take your business elsewhere like I did. Pathetic. Still waiting for that callback!!
