I am the President of AFSCME Retirees Subchapter 153 in Las Vegas, NV. We have kept our Treasury Funds in a checking account with Nevada State for many years and they have provided our organization with exceptional service during that time. Recently our Treasurer has been ill and and resigned. I went to Nevada State Bank Branch at Craig & Jones, to get help with putting our newly elected Treasures on the account. I was assisted by Fernando Brambila, Branch Relationship Banker.I cannot say enough to compliment this "gentleman". He was pleasant, knowledgeable, sincerely interested in helping me understand what had to be done.The best compliment I can think to bestow upon him is: If I owned a business, I would want someone of his character and ability working for me, and I would do anything within my ability to make him a happy employee so that he would never think about leaving my employ. He is truly a fine and exceptional person and Nevad State Bank should be proud to have someone like him working for them and their customers.

Terrible service at this branch. Had to drive to the Durango branch. Teller was rude and unable to figure out how to deposit to the California Bank and Trust.

Worst Bank in Las Vegas by far. Doesnt matter what branch you visit. The service is terrible for personal and worse for businesses. Run away from these scammers who find ways to charge you for the services they promise when you sign up
