It's unfortunate to see all the negative reviews. Luckily, I haven't had any bad experiences with this branch. I am the treasurer on the PTA board for my son's school, so I am here quite often. All the ladies who have helped me are all super nice. Tianca was the representative who set up our account for the year. She has been so helpful in answering all of our questions and always says hello even if she's not the one helping me. We've also had a few run-ins with our account and representatives over the phone have been able to resolve it quickly. I don't mind doing our business with them and I've been happy with everything so far.

I have been a customer of Nevada State Bank since arriving in Las Vegas in April 1972 and always had wonderful service from them.Yesterday my wife and I had several changes to our banking services and the Branch Manager (Vice President), Mr. Alberto Calderon, was wonderful in assisting us. He was very pleasant and extremely professional. He handled our transactions quickly and efficiently. Thank you Mr. Calderon for your wonderful assistance and for assuring us that all the paperwork was in order.Go Knights Go!

HORRIBLE service, closed my account without notifying me and did not return any funds. Instead my money was taken twice without authorization. now I spend my day being ran in circles at this branch as they tell me it was a mistake but offer NO solution. This bank is unprofessional, disorganized and they will steal your money and do nothing to return it. PLEASE save yourself time and money and do not bank here! all service was horrible, just attitude from workers not wanting to fix the fact that almost $700 has been stolen from me. A Headache of a bank.

Follow up to weak generic response in regards to my complaint same as others with the same complaint you make lame excuse that other banks charge to cash their own check so it ok. No it's not it's greedy multiple same complaints you get and you say they should open an account no wonder your a 1 star bank.

Was seeking assistance to defer payments on our loan due to Covid-19. The branch manager at Eastern and St. Rose, Alberto, was really quick in responding. Very professional. Did as he said. Looking forward to a favorable response to our application.

This branch has many employees who do not know anything about the products in which they offer. Unable to answer simple questions about products. Ask you to place false or misleading information on applications. I actually heard customers having to spell out what they needed, due to the incompetence of the staff. Chose a bank that actually puts some level of effort in helping their clientele.

Highest banking fees in Las Vegas. Need I say more? For example, just a regular checking account is $9/month. Go elsewhere. You will find lower prices and more ATMs at other banks. This bank charges higher fees than all others.

Don't bother trying to get a credit card nor a auto loan if you dont have perfect credit. Ive been with nevada state bank for 28 years. Never had a check bounce or overdraft and they can't even give me 20% interest credit card or small auto loan. Credit karma gladly gave me a credit card. Just look at other reviews of this bank..terrible..

I recently moved and had a few issues with account info. Alexis was Fantastic!! Friendly, professional, helpful and courteous!!! She asked me what she could do to help AND... I noticed, if she wasn't sure about what the issue needed to be resolved, she walked over to an associate and asked !!!!! I cannot state how VERY MUCH I appreciate that she did that!!!! It seems in this day and age, so many people won't ask questions or act as if they have the ONLY answer... she was so very good at assisting me and resolving the issues. She even called me back later on to tell me what she had found, she stated that the issue should be resolved and it was. She even gave me the number so if there was anything else I needed, to contact the branch or her. I am so very pleased with NSB and the places I've encountered helpful people! From Jamie in Wells Nevada to Alexis in Las Vegas and Pete here in Henderson, the people NSB hires, truly do understand customer service!! I have even referred several friends to switch banks!! If you can appreciate friendly and helpful service, this is your bank. I've yet to visit a location where the tellers had lower standards, everyone has been professional & friendly :) THANK YOU Jamie, Alexis and Pete !!!! :)

Opened bank account for the sole reason of cashing another account owners checks and get transfers. Explained they would be larger sums. Said no problem so I opened the account. 1st transfer they put a hold on. 1st check they said they would have to hold for at least 9 days! Any other bank out there, wells fargo, BOA, you name it. Someone writes you a check from that bank you can walk in, Without an account, and cash it. Sure there might be a $5 fee but that is far better than waiting for 9 days. Apparently they do not know how to look up another NV State bank account to see if the funds are good for cashing their own check?
