It has been 3 days since I transferred my funds from my Linked Wells Fargo account to my NSB Money Market, it still hasn't updated! Now it's the weekend, so it will take another 2 days for it to update! ( maybe). I have used the linked accounts before, not sure why it's taking so long! Very disappointing! I am seriously considering looking for another bank!

I required immediate assistance when I discovered was a victim of bank fraud. Nevada State Bank's representative Aliciyia Sanders defused ALL personal concern. She is eminently qualified, several steps ahead anticipating every possible impact and issue. She exceeded all expectations (delivering mastery in problem-solving skills). Her measured follow-up insured confidence that my financial security is her goal. She represents THE BEST of NSB.

Been with nevada state bank (lower case intended ) for almost 14 years and currently looking to change banks. On-line banking checks take a week before they are printed, as per the date on the check. By the time the Post Office delivers the check it's average 2 weeks from the time it was filled out on line. Makes me look like a slow pay. Maybe the bank needs to hold the money to cover other accounts.

I went to cash my paycheck (Nevada State Bank issued Check) $1800. They wanted 2 forms of ID and my finger print. I was ok with that and provided it. The kid walks over to his computer and comes back to tell me there will be a $8 check cashing fee. Since i no longer had an account with there bank, i said no kidding I closed it and moved to Wells Fargo because you treat all customers like criminals... wave the fee, he said no I cant do that you're not a customer. I said well the guy who wrote the check is and he's going to be pissed when he has to come down here and cash the check he wrote. I asked for my IDs and check back and ripped the check in half in front of him. Said I will never do business with Nebada State Bank again. Have a nice day! My employer can cut another check from a different bank or pay cash.

Used to be a great bank. Lately it takes forever to just make a deposit. People standing around while you wait in-line. Today, lines like BofA because no tellers. Customers walking out because tired of standing in line.

I could probably Sue this bank for their behavior in the past... stay away from this bank if you value your account privacy... they hand out your info to anyone, I MEAN ANYONE who ask for it... banker beware I warned you...

Honestly I had problems with this Bank and almost pulled out my account but new manager Vivani was nice to me and solve most problems I had with NSB. I've treated nice and new staff is also very helpful.

This is regarding the ATMs that can never properly read images on checks . On multiple occasions we have tried depositing checks that get rejected due to the ATM not being able to read the image . Complaints have been put in but are told certain checks can’t be read due to resolution however after multiple (5-6 ) tries the ATM eventually takes the check although my deposit has now been split in to several deposits. If it was really a matter of ATM not reading the check why would it accept it after the 5th and 6th try . Just feels like the complaints are not taken seriously and nothing is being done to resolve the issue

I don't know how these people are still in business. I JUST opened an account and it's been the worst experience I've ever had with ANY bank. EVER. -Activated my card WITH THEM and it declined on my very first purchase. -Transferred from my bank on the initial deposit, they said it was invalid but took the money anyway and now my account is locked. Literally just brought a check to cash after opening an account and they threw it back in my face saying "No. All we can do is put a 9-day hold on it" How to lose a customer in one week. F*** this bank.

Left my debit card in the machine over the weekend, called Monday morning immediately when they opened. They told me they would call me that day. Nothing by 4:45. So I went in and spoke with them, now I have to wait until tomorrow morning to find out. Obviously someone forgot to do what they said they would do in the morning. Horrible customer service for someone who's been banking with them for 15 years, not to mention the false overdraft fees constantly.
