During the week I tried to call this bank while I was in the parking lot. The person who picked up the phone was not in Nevada, and when I asked to speak to a manager, they gave me a phone number with a 213 Los Angeles area code. Even if you are in the parking lot, they cannot figure out how to let you speak with a real human inside of the bank.

They are requiring that businesses transfer all business accounts to their bank as a condition for the PPP loan. Unethical. If you want to deal with a good local bank, Nevada State Bank is NOT it.

The staff is never friendly at all and persistently ask me if id like to open an account. Id rather pay double the check cashing fee then be asked over and over again why i havent opened an account with these crooks. Its really quite annoying. They're never personable and it always seems like an inconvience or an impostion to deal with them. Theresa is the only one to understand and refrain from asking me. Is it that hard to use a little diligence?

This bank sucks we been here for a half an hour just to deposit a check and they take forever, i don't understand why? On wells fargo they do it in 5 minutes. They should fired all the staff for this terrible customer service

Been with this bank for over a year and most of my issues were resolved over the phone. Good customer service. Will have to transfer because of bank hours.
