not my favorite vegan ramen in Las Vegas! the green noodles have a very pronounced flavor and texture, and the giant piece of mostly uncooked broccoli was not the best pairing. Bao was pretty good.

Has small, separate vegan menu. I was skeptical of the kale noodles... glad I tried it. their kale noodles are really good.

The ramen here was good, but the only vegan noodle option is the kale noodles. So if you like kale noodles, this is a great option! However, I was not a fan of the texture or flavor of the noodles.
That said, vegan Thai tea is very good.
