Dress is falling apart, poor quality. No refund or exchange possible. They never answer their phone. It's obvious they don't care about their customers after they make the sale. I will never go back!

First of all, I’d like to say that the customer service is amazing. I was kept in the loop the entire time and Nieve was so kind! I wore this outfit to the Taylor Swift Eras tour and received many compliments. I will definitely be a regular customer ❤️

Nieve has enjoyed personally sharing her passion for fashion with both locals & tourists at her boutique, located in Buffalo Center at Alta and Buffalo. We are open 6 days a week Monday - Saturday 12-6pm.
