“My wife and I recently decided to visit this store for assistance on new lighting for our bathroom remodel. Beto was our first encounter and he was most pleasant and really willing to a help based on what we told him. My wife took a liking to a hanging light for over our dining area. Olivia was there to assist and she took care of all of our orders in a timely and pleasant manner along with Beto. Two days later I returned to get assistance with additional parts needed for the trak lights I had purchased. Beto greeted me and went to work. When it was was not apparent what was needed Samson came to the rescue with the his vast experience to put my order together perfectly. Finally, I had the pleasure of meeting the manager, Susan. She greeted me with a pleasant surprise of honoring a sale price even though we purchased the light prior to the sale. Most impressive. The store is very well put together and the people that work there are oustanding in being helpful, pleasant, and professional. Five Stars to the employees of Lamps Plus in the Summerlin store. “We took 5 pictures in to the framing department: 3 were damaged and needed to get new frames, 1 needlepoint checkerboard to replace glass with plexiglass, and 1 original artwork that needed a mat and a frame. The lady who waited on us (April G) was patient as we picked frames and had technology that showed us how the finished product would look. We were phoned when they were done (well within the expected timeframe). All jobs were done to perfection with new back covering paper, eyes and wire when appropriate, and small clear knobs where the pictures hit the wall - also sturdy posterboard cards over the eyes to prevent them jabbing through the plastic overwrap. When we picked them up an additional lady (sorry, don't remember her name) found our order and both she and April carried our artwork to the cashiers in front of the store. They were both very friendly and I commend them for a job well done.”

She helped us find a mattress as well and we are so happy with our decision to come to this location. They have a lot of variety of things to choose from. “In love with our new epoxy river table. The cool thing about this epoxy table is that it’s not gloss, it’s a matte finish. It has the water proof protection, but not all that reflection that normal epoxy tables have. We love it so much. Super artsy and matches our house so well. Thank you, Andrew!”
“Great experience. But the shuttle bus from the center to terminal 7 is minimum 45 minutes. There need to be a shuttle thst uses the bypass and goes directly to terminal 6 and 7 . It would speed up all travelers from every terminal”

“My wife and I had been doing an exhaustive search for dinning room chairs for our new Live Edge dinning room table for many months. We received a referral to Brick and Mortarless Furniture. The business is owned by a mother and son, Jodi and Rico. As soon as we walked in we spotted the chairs that we would eventually purchase. Jodi was so helpful and allowed us to take one of the chairs home for the weekendto see if would work with our table. Prior to Ricco delivering the chairs he did an inspection and found 2 chairs with minor flaws and immediately requested the manufacture to send replacements seats. I can't say enough about the professionalism and attention to detail.. I highly recommend.”

No one had any trouble finding the venue and the service, assistance and compassion I received were so much more than I ever could have expected. DEFINITELY recommend.”
“Stephen was the design consultant who patiently walked around the store with us as we sat on All the couches. He is very knowledgeable about their inventory. He was so helpful as we chose size, fabric, wood leg stain, etc. The couch was ordered in May and delivered the beginning of July as expected. So far it is very comfortable and exactly what I wanted and needed for my space.”

Rather than buy a new stool, chair or whatever consider re-upholstering what you have. The price seemed fair per the quality of the materials and work.”
