My experience with Northshore learning has been amazing. I have an older son so to be able to see northshore meet and match what elementary schools offer is beautiful. The class dojo keeps me aware of what is happening within the center and class room. The teachers are great and my son seems to have learned since we started there. I would definitely recommend for your young ones.

Northshore is absolutely amazing. They provide progress report cards for my 3 year old. I love the class dojo to stay connected with teachers and events. I'm so glad I found them. They have contributed so much to my little ones growth and progress.

Overall, not too bad for us being there only a couple of months. Close and convenient to our home. The only thing I did not like is when we went on vacation they still charged us for the week while being gone. That is the only down side of this daycare. Not sure if this is the same across the whole board. But my daughter loves it there and I do see an improvement in her education, considering she is only four years old.

Close and convenient. Don't really have much to say my daughter just started a few months ago so far so good. One thing is they're good with communicating on behaviors. Only thing I don't like is there is no connection. And I get it we're new there so we will give a little more time to establish this connection.

The staff is super attentive and my children are actually happy, so that is a huge relief and bonus. Thankful to be able to bring my children there.

My children have been attending for a while. They are super attentive and my children are actually happy, which is such a relief. They are excellent about calling if any incident occurs, which is also another relief. Thankful to have them.

I enrolled my 4 year old in April and he isn't the easiest child to work with but the staff find ways to make it a bit easier for them and Ms Christine is so helpful and understanding. No regrets here!

My 17 month old son goes to this daycare/ preschool and I am amazed with the staff, the cleanlines and the director. I love that my sons room is very large and that he gets amazing care while I'm at work. Since starting he has developed new skills and become more socialize.

This daycare has been a blessing sent down. From the Director Kristina D, the most caring soul you would meet. My daughter loves Ms. Watts. My daughter is non-verbal and the school goes out of its way to help with things to do at home, amazing App where I can see pictures/see how her day going. Thanks, to all the staff a Northshore for being AMAZING ??????

Northshore is a GREAT daycare center. We've been attending for about a year with our 2 year old. The teachers are amazing and kind to all of the kids. And they're doing their best to help with potty training!

My significant other and I have been with Northshore for several years now and we are quite pleased with their service. I appreciate the lengths that the teachers go thru to ensure the students are in good hands. My toddler has been with them for almost a year now and i can go on about my day knowing she's in good hands. Communication is great and my girls come home happy. Thank You Northshore!

This place is the worse. Before putting my child there, I read the good and bad reviews and we still tried to give them a chance. They are bad. My daughter was on the babies room. Def no consistency or communication from staff. She would have some teachers one week and then someone else will be there another week. I was told I would have updates and communication thru ClassDojo…. Yeah in a month I only got 2 messages and one of the messages the teacher said she was out sick.My daughter would get extremely sick while there. From week 1 she got sick. At first I thought ok until her body gets used to it, but nope every single week she got sick. I was paying for her to go full week but she would only go 2-3 days max because she will get sick.. one time, an unknown “rash” broke out at the babies room… do you think they bother to call me? Nope. I found out as another parent was being told about the rash that broke out on several children. When I said I’m pulling her out it was then that they said “oh we just found out”… really? Found out at 4pm? But then only 1 teacher in the classroom? So how much are you really watching the children? Smh they are the worse. The last straw I had with them was when my daughter got the flu which landed us in the hospital for 3 days. I called to tell them why she was not going again and the fake front lady said “aw ok bye”. So much for caring for little babies.Since this dirty, cold hearted, and I should say sneaky place, I have found another daycare for my daughter and not even a cold.. not once. My daughter is always happy and is growing great. In this place she would cry every single time when I took her. This is a baby jail I swear. I wouldn’t recommend anyone this place. If anything they need to get reported to the health department

My eldest daughter attended this school for a few years (from age 4 to almost 6) and we have been very happy. The teachers have been great, front desk Staff have all been courteous to me. we enjoyed the Pre-K. Hot lunch and Photos are reasonably priced.Currently, my baby is attending (Under 1 year). As a kitchen worker, I do appreciate that they label all food with the child's name and date. I also like to receive the daily slips so I know if she napped, pooped, etc. I believe the ratio is 5 babies max to a worker. I see new staff often, but for the baby room it's the same people for the most part. Maybe one new person every once in a while. I appreciate this for my baby because she takes a while to warm up to someone new. With my infant and toddler both having attended this school, I have been very happy with my experience. My eldest was sad to leave Northshore and go to kindergarten. There is only one thing I have desired that Northshore hasn't been able to provide: weekend operation.I believe they tried offering it before but there was not enough demand.I am a chef and a nurse assistant , either job requires working weekends. it has been a struggle requesting AM shift as well as weekends off. Just FYI if you are an essential worker or work in the hospitality industry. I have turned down many employment opportunities due to this, but ive tried other daycares and they just arent the same compared to Northshore! :)
