I've worn Oakley gear for 20+ years. Today's visit to the outlets / Vault was terrible. I had amassed a good amount of clothing and was shopping a new pair of sunglasses when I overheard a red haired female employee discussing how proud she was of her satanic Christmas tree. Look, do what you want at home and leave that crap at home. I left my cart of clothes and didn't purchase anything. Such a bummer because the Oakley Vault is always something I look forward to when I visit Vegas. Consider training your employees that customers may be offended by your crazy religious / political views. Leave that stuff at home. I won't be back.

We bought a pair of sunglasses in a California store. When we got gome we noticed a defective in the lens so my wife and son brought them into this store. They could not have had a better experience. The manager of this store spent a lot of time with them, talking about the diffent lenses and what ones would be best for baseball. He ended up helping them to exchange the defective pair and get a pair that was perfect for him. Like I said he made it a great experience and we will only be going to this store from now on

I enjoyed the experience for the most part. I was looking for sunglasses and the sales person explained the on-going promotion (buy one, get 50% off the next), as well as the clearance section found in the rear of the store. They had a decent clearance selection and I ended up buying one. The sales person who attended to me was friendly and informative. Best of all, he wasn't pushy at all, unlike other sales persons from different stores in that outlet mall. Frankly, if I wasn't told about the clearance section, I wouldn't have ventured that far back in the store. He cleaned up the item and put them in its proper box prior to transacting. He instructed me to have one last look to be sure all was clean and in order.On another note, I suggest the store get an overhaul with its lighting. It is poorly lit, and far too crowded. The store design can also use a big update. Oakley has wonderful products and it is a shame the store doesn't present them in a more modern and updated manner. Perhaps somedays that will change.

The employees were awesome! They helped me find the perfect frames and customize my brand new Oakley sunglasses. :) I went with the camo frames, jade green polarized lenses, orange sleeves and blue logos. They look amazing! :)

Gary 300082 employee # was very very helpful and knowledgeable about the products and sizes available. This gentleman and his partner not mentioned since Gary was the one who was there most of the time assisting us in our purchase. I often times go to the store and Oakley SI but this is my store because of this gentleman. Well of of them that work there are always helpful but Gary is for sure an asset to Oakley. Thank you Gary God bless you always brother.
