so if you use office max or office depot and go to the store print section if you use an employee for a printing job less than 50 pages they charge $2.50, just to have an employee help you , not only do they earn wages but they won't help out unless you pay , the service has gone down hill and their attitudes terrible . sadly another company with woke ideas for customers

Came in to pick up an online order, all staff on their phones when I walked in. I had to walk up to someone really close for them to notice me. Got my order from the rack after they pointed where it was not saying a word, walked out kindly saying have a lovely day, all I got was a mhm. Very unprofessional! Super dismissive! As if they're doing my business a favor. Don't order from this location! Very disappointed.

Very dismissive and unprofessional staff. There were three staff in the front doing absolutely nothing, I came in for resume prints and had about 20 minutes to spare to get to my job interview around the corner. There were no other customers waiting or even in the store. The lady at the Print counter asked me why not just use self service, and I let her know it's because I want to use resume paper. She tells me to then sign in and proceeds to make me wait for at least 12 minutes, while the associates do NOTHING. They could sense my irritability because I am now going to be late to my interview. She then proceeds to help me as slow as possible, and then ask for my address and personal info so that she could create the invoice? I asked you to print a few pieces of paper, I am in a rush. I told you 3 times. I was not entertaining this. I proceed to ask her around how much will this cost, she then tells me the exact price. So you're sitting here wasting my time? I left the amount owed plus some on the counter an ran to hopefully make my interview on time.

Just went in to get some pages enlarged. I don't mind a $2.50 minimum. Have six pages. Girl told me it would take 24 hours!! Tony, the manager that I know, had just left I was told. Manager on duty told me that was their new policy. OK, I WILL GO TO KINKOS FOR COPIES AND OTHER STORES FOR INK AND OTHER OFFICE SUPPLIES IN THE FUTURE. NO SHORTAGE OF STORES HERE.

We received great service from this location today. The young gentleman at the register helped us carry a heavy desk to the car and was very pleasant throughout our interaction. There was a $10 off coupon attached to our online pickup receipt which was expired. He mentioned they would still honor it, so I went back in to purchase a box of paper. The young lady who rang us up realized: 1) The coupon stipulates $10 off of $30 is for regular priced items, but the box I had in my cart was on sale (so we thought) 2) Come to find out, the box of paper wasn't on sale and the sign was misplaced 3) Without hesitation, the young lady asked the manager to honor the wrong price AND include the coupon, which the manager approved right away At the end of the day, I would have been completely okay with picking up something at regular price to be within the guidelines of the coupon, but they went out of their way to make a customer happy without thinking twice. This location isn't closest to our place, but we'll be shopping at that store in the future. Last thing to note. Based off my purchase of paper, the lady knew I was printing massive amounts. She mentioned about the toner recycle program that I had no idea about. I'll be taking advantage of that program. What a great way to keep customers coming back!

Waited 25 min with one person in front of me. My two papers ..... No acknowledgment from girl with purple hair, attitude and looks like she hates it there until another worker came she decided to help me. I'm irritated beyond. I read the reviews and said maybe some people on here are too sensitive but now I see why. I'll never come back, I'm a manager in customer service and this was disappointing.

It's been minutes on hold waiting for curbside pick up, at this point I could have just bought my item normally. Nobody I have seen going inside is wearing a mask. I eventually walked in and got my product immediately. The original team member I spoke to decided to leave me on hold. The person inside seems aggravated at the first associate and apologized. At least my item was ready.

Disappointed with the customer service & lack of respect from employees & Mgr today. Your prices are ridiculous, you treat teachers like trash & I will not return to your store.

I went to this location recently for a binder and page dividers. The place is well lit, organized and clean. I was greeted and asked if I needed assistance. There is a very good selection of binders of varying prices and I found one I liked very much; and it had color coordinated dividers available! I couldn't find a coupon for this place on my phone unfortunately. Checkout went quick and efficiently. There is plenty of parking nearby as it is located in the Boca Park shopping center (near Target). They also offer business related services such as printing. I would return for other office supply needs.

One of my favorite office supply store in town! Yes, chain stores have their issues and mostly understaffed, but this one has a great combination of good folks, and good rewards program. I suggest going in the early afternoon or night to avoid the crowds. I suggest you open a rewards account to get the most for your buck, and check out the online deals. (They can deliver to the store, too. Take that Amazon)

I drop off ten used toner cartridges a month for recycling in order to cash in on the rewards (minimum $10 purchase for the previous month). It's a good ongoing promotion that is well worth the effort. I cashed in on a reward of $20.00 recently. I opted for the K-cups which happened to be at a special price. I went there so I didn't really notice other items except the name brand backpacks in the middle of the aisle. This was during summer and so that was for Back To School. As for the aisle, items are fairly easy to find. There were a few other customers but I think support for these stores is dwindling overall. Most of these chain stores are the same, white walls and floors inside and very very bright. Checkout was fast. This location at Boca Park closes early on the weekend (I think that might be standard for the office supply chain.)

Good selection and services, but wait times can lengthen when there is high traffic and not enough staffing.

After not having the help I needed from Office Depot up the street, I called Office Max and Latoya was so kind and helpful. Later, while I was finishing my order, I could hear her on the phone with another customer, and she was just as nice and helpful. She was truly above and beyond. Not everyone has Snapchat, or knows how to handle some, maybe, trivial technology tools. Having people with awesome customer service is invaluable. There was also another young guy working with her, who caught me gathering my trash after finishing my order, and he said to not worry, they got it. But I still felt inclined to clean after myself. What a gentleman. I will make sure to come back to this store for my office supplies and printing works.
