I went in looking for a specific item. I showed the worker the item I was looking for and he had no idea. I had to ask someone else. They weren’t on sale so I didn’t end up getting the item.

It was great shopping here because we went in for a mail order return and the GM was very nice and gave us a gift card for the return and additional money off for the inconvenience to come in and deal with a messed up order. We bought plenty of great Summer shirts, shots etc. Excellent parking and first floor handicap accessible. The store is very clean and the staff was amazing. Highly recommend this location.

The only problem I have with Old Navy is there are never enough cashiers for the volume of customers you have. I can be in line normally between 15-20 minutes (not counting the holidays!). Truthfully, it keeps me from going into the store.

So I am writing this review about this store location.
My daughter and myself as we entered into the store this evening. The 1st thing I noticed was we were greeted as we entered the store. That was a 1st. 2nd the store was very clean and organized.
I noticed the general manager hard at work setting out clothes and getting returns put back on the floor. I don't see that to often any where.
Laura was working the register she was very warm and helpful.
I let her know that we were impressed with the store. She said thank you and said I could also let the general manager know. So I did.
It was a great shopping experience. I recommend this location.
Plenty of free parking and paid parking.

The store was very clean, organized, and well merchandised. The staff was friendly without being too much. I went in with the intention of only purchasing 2 tops but ended up with more. The prices were pretty reasonable (there was a sale going on), so I picked up 2 tees, a blouse, and a beautiful pant romper for about $75 (incl. tax)

Nice close, but awful business ethics. They have a 40% off sale on toddler shorts with a sticker that says $9.99...on top of the original tag that said $5 haha wow!
