First tried to order online, chat was not helpful with questions.Nearly deaf but tried calling. No real person to help! Asking an automated voice to speak slower & more clearly is futile . Real people need to be reached, not fake people. Not a good experience.

Filet Mignon and Sirloin steaks were more like London Broil. They were too lean and tough for my taste.

The steaks are good as is the rest of the meat. The problem I have is they sold my e-mail address to every possible source that sends junk mail. I called and asked if they did this and they confirmed they did. Not very happy with all the junk messages!
