When i cane in with questions about my account, Arlene Bark answered all of then clearly and in full detail. She then asked me if I wanted information on other accounts that could be helpful to my situation, then proceeded to sign me up for a credit builder account. I moved to One Nevada Credit Union, because I thought they were going to be more reliable and flexible than Bank of America, and they turned out worse, Becca assisted me for a car loan, and she told me that if I qualified, and after weeks she told me no, just because my SSN card says only for work, so why for the IRS and the SBA everything was perfect?, only for this bank NO, that was incredible, and they disappointed me greatly, I'm going to move soon to another bank
