DISRESPECTFUL / UNETHICAL / LIABILITY!!! Horrible horrible Experience at this place. The liability these people have put me in danger of us off the charts. I waited a month and no one reached out to me regarding my license plates. I took two vehicles to get registered and only one was done. My card declined on the other and no one called me to tell me. A month later, when my temporary plate was already expired!!! The LIABILITY!!!!!! When I went in to the shop, they told me they couldn't do anything to expedite it, and they wouldn't let me speak to the supervisor. Then one of the workers told me " Fuck you" . I would give a 0 star

I just want to say I am so incredibly happy with One Stop services. This is my 2nd time coming to them to help register 2 new vehicles and they made it so effortless I haven’t been to the DMV since I’ve gotten my license about 6 years ago. I feel like I got my registration and personalized plates done quicker with their help because they specialize in filling these forms out. I appreciate their good communication and their speedy work. Thank you!

The staff is great! I got my BMW i3 range extender smogged here and they knew exactly what to do. (i3's have a secret sequence that can start the motor since it is an EV). Great staff, great price, clean place!

Appt at DMV was a month away. The line for Saturday 7:30am walk-in at DMV starts at 2am! Crazy. Why don’t more people use THIS office’s services? Nice people, quick and friendly. If you don’t need tags same day, check it out. Your time is worth the small fee.

Super fast service and good customer service! I found this place on google and after calling I couldn’t believe their pricing I mean literally $130 cheaper than everywhere else. I did my car’s registration which was out of state and had my plates and new registration in my hand a week later. I highly recommend this place!!

It was fairly quick and easy to get my SMOG ($16) and Registration Renewal (Renewal price + $30 service fee), and the card fee for their Squared payment system. There wasn't someone at the computer in the garage when I pulled in (understandable because it's hot in Vegas), but there was also no instruction to go inside. They have a camera in the garage, so I assumed they could see when someone pulls in. I waited awhile, and nobody ever came out. I had to walk on my injured leg/foot/ankle around the building just to go in the front and get someone to come out. They knew exactly who I was/what I was there for when I came in too, so they obviously knew I was out there waiting. They moved quickly to get me taken care of and luckily I didn't have to go back around the building to leave. They should really have something saying which door people can go through in the garage to get to the front so it saves people from walking around the building after waiting awhile, especially for people with disabilities or injuries like me, and especially in this heat. Overall, besides that it was a pleasant and quick experience.

One Stop helped me out with my registration and changed of ownership, everything was fine until the Dmv didnt send out something on the mail, I called back to ask for help and try to track it down, assuming that originally I had paid them for the service, I thought they would help me out, They sugested I do the work my self and call the DMV and if not resolved to pay for the service again. If I knew I had to do the work my self, I would of done it from the start and save some cash.save your time and money go somewhere else.!

Insurance was alright, but I'd rather go with a company like State Farm that actually gives me coverage and features. I would call this place when I had question and no one ever answers the phone. Why do I need to text a number? Shouldn't you have someone at the office to answer calls?!
