This “business” is operating in the gray area of being legal and legitimate. As you would your credit or debit cards, never give insurance information over the phone unless you do your due diligence first and researching it thoroughly. Once I told them OK and feel comfortable giving out my insurance information over the phone to someone who I’ve never even met and calling from across the country claiming they can measure me over the phone it’s just ridiculous and shameful. I agree with other reviews it’s all about money with them whether they injure you with their supplies or not I’m sure that it’s very low grade possibly dangerous “medical equipment.” Please don’t fall for that as a small business owner myself I urge anyone to encourage others to make sure these people stop their deceitful operation.

When I called today to ask about my medical supplies that are provided my medicaid due to my handicap. The operators name was Patty and informed me that the computer system was down because, "I don't know if you are aware or not, but President Trump has shut down medicaid, and we aren't able to check on the computer." At that time I became very angry and informed her that I was a Donald Trump supporter and he has nothing to do with her incompetence. I told her that I would call back tomorrow (02/20/2019) and if she can't give me the answer on why I'm not getting my supplies......I will be changing my supplier!

I was in Vegas for a week and needed an electric scooter, best prices for rentals I found, and they delivered to me! The rental manager Joey was extremely kind and professional, and made everything go smoothly. The next time I visit I'm definitely renting from Optimum again!

I m very surprised the way i was helped at the time of need.may God bless optimum medical supply for their hard work. I love this place! The workers were very friendly and cooperated with me and my several request, they also were very helpful in getting me the exact supplies I needed, calling other suppliers to make sure I got what I was looking for even if they didn't have it and on another occasion they were able to order my product that I was unable to find at any location I told my doctor to send all his patient to optimum medical.

I didnt like the lady i spoke to in the office. The renting manager Joey on the other hand was very nice and respectful. I would recommend using this rental service. It is convenient and has the lowest prices i have found.

Outstanding customer service! I had reserved a wheelchair to rent. It was ready when I arrived at the store, and Sandra took the times to explain to me how to fold and unfold it, go through doors, etc. Even though I said "I can do it", she helped me to my vehicle with it, and we found out it didnt fit in the back. Sandra switched it out for a different kind of wheelchair, made sure it work work for my needs, and helped me load the different one. Most places would had left me to my solve my own problems, and not helped. Not Emerald Medical, and not Sandra! Highly recommend them, and will definately. use them again when my elderly Dad is in town.

Not worth the complications you go through dealing with them. They only care about money they dont treat their customers with respect. They never call back when they say they are. Not a great business and the staff sucks

The staff, and owner, are very responsive and nice. The issue is that their website has the wrong prices posted. One item that I was looking for was listed at $150.00, when I arrived I was told that the actual price was $350.00. If it had been off by $50.00, I would have been surprised, but still may have purchase the item. This, more than double price discrepancy, was way too much to be as understanding. Please be responsible for the information on your own website, thank you.
