I've been coming to OTF almost 2 years and I absolutely love it. The Coaches and front office staff are always friendly and welcoming. There's no judgement here and everyone is here just to get an awesome workout in. There are different packages they offer to fit your lifestyle. Just remember you are worth it and you are investing in self love! The workouts never get boring because of how the rotation is. If you want to focus on strength training they offer "lift class" daily. Their benchmark workouts give you that extra motivation and push you need. Days where I'm a little tired or tell myself I'm going to take it easy, ends up being my best days because the coaches are amazing and give you just enough push to get you through the workouts. They also make sure you have the correct posture to avoid injury and their music list is always fire!

I am so happy I found OTF at Mountains Edge. After my trial class I was hooked- not only on the physical satisfaction I felt from the workout, but also the team oriented, positive environment I found myself in with the crew and members there. Since joining OTF I've had a shift in mindset and body. I can physically see the changes as well as feel them. Coach Suze and Coach Mel make the workouts challenging but fun. They will correct your form and help guide you to reach your goals. Anytime I have felt like giving up or pulling back, they are quick to remind me why I'm there and it helps me to push myself to keep going. They are always so positive and motivating. Coach Tay has incredible energy and you can't help but smile when you take her class-even when you're at the point of fatigue. Patty is always there bright and early to greet us with a smile and an energy that's contagious. Sometimes our coaches take the classes With us when they aren't coaching and it's amazing to have them at your side throughout the workout. The workouts are always different and challenge different muscle groups. That combined with cardio gets you a serious burn in just 60 minutes. I highly recommend OTF (especially this location) if you're looking to gift yourself with better health and a shift towards a more positive mindset. Come over and get your trial class free!! It's one our out of 24 in your day that you can make a huge difference for yourself!

Love this location of Orange Theory! The coaches are amazing, the front desk is so welcoming. The rooms are always clean. The classes are a perfect way to get your work out in that incorporates cardio and strength. Highly recommend Orange Theory Mountains Edge.

Orangetheory has been a game changer for me! I needed something to get me back into working out after having 3 babies and after attempting (and failing) with other programs, I finally found something that is working. I look forward to the workouts and how I strong I feel afterwards. The staff is super friendly and the coaches are amazing - they really want you to succeed. Highly recommend!

I’ve been going to OTF Mountain’s Edge for over a year now and it has truly changed my overall fitness. I HATED cardio before joining and OTF makes it much more enjoyable. (I still hate rowing though… sorry not sorry.) And I love that it’s one hour of focused programming to get in and out and on with my way. The Mountain’s Edge location specifically has an incredible team of coaches and front office staff who are super friendly and helpful. YMMV with other OTF studios but I can’t say enough great things about Mountain’s Edge!

If you're looking for a great cardio/strength training workout class style gym, look no further! There are four primary color zones that signify a certain heart rate zone- blue, green, orange, and red. The orange theory" is once you hit a certain heart rate zone, you'll hit orange, which is an ideal place you want to be because by hitting a certain amount of time in this zone, you will burn a ton of calories during and following class! I really love the competitive part of me, tracking my time in the orange zone and how many "splat points" I earn motivate me, and help to compete against others in my class as they display everyone's splat points and zones in class. You can guarantee that each class will be a good and different workout, I don't think it's possible to get bored here. Plus- all the trainers are great! I think I'm in the best shape of my life, a big part of that is due to OTF!!

Was in town for the holidays and this was the nearest studio. Took three of Mel’s classes - she’s amazing! Such great energy and she even remembered my name despite my not having my HRM. The SAs were both amazing and made me feel right at home. Can’t recommend this studio enough, will miss it when I leave!

Michelle at the front desk was extremely kind and helpful. BUT the coach, STORM, was a huge disappointment. I brought my 2 friends with me to experience OTF...I was hoping she would walk them through what a class would be like and make them comfortable. She did NOT. Once class started, she gave NO adjustments or encouragement. After class she didn't follow-up and basically couldn't care less about making sure we had a good experience. Also, she was extremely hard to understand during class because she did some weird voice, which she did not have while *briefly and rudely* speaking to us before class. Skip Storm's classes.

This gym has great equipment, it's well maintained and very clean. Staff and coaches are super friendly. It's easy to reserve a spot through the app and you can view your stats too. They offer challenging workouts that push you to your limit every time. Some days are harder than others but it's a great mix and never gets boring. Been coming here consistently for a few months and have already had great results. OT is a good option for all fitness levels and I highly recommend trying out a free class.

I’m so glad to have found OTF Mountain’s Edge. Each day I walk in I’m greeted with a smile and genuine enthusiasm from the front staff. The coaches are amazing. It’s apparent they love what they do and truly want you to progress in your fitness journey. They are all easy to approach and treat everyone with respect and kindness. They will stop and correct your form, give you alternative options and advice to maximize your workouts; they’re full of energy and motivate each and every class member. The music they choose is also awesome and the 60min goes by in a flash! I look Forward to my workouts with Mel, Susannah and Taylor and appreciate them so much!

This is hands down the best workout program I’ve ever joined!I joined at the beginning of the year to get “vacation ready” and loved the workouts and environment so much, I stayed. Committing to a workout plan has always been hard, but OTF keeps me motivated! Everyday is a different workout and there are several challenges within every month!The coaches and staff are always happy to see you and will do what they can to help you reach your personal goals.
