Worst place to ever cash a check. Might as well go to money tree. My first experience there and never going back. I went to cash a check, waited in line about 30 min and when called to the clerk I was told to sign my check but someone cut in front and claimed they were ahead and they weren't in line. The clerk decided to take that person and moved me to the side. Then when the chubby lady with long curly hair called me up she told me I couldn't cash it cause I had signed already. I talked to a manger on the phone and she told me to go back to cash it all I needed was verification. so I went back and was told that they couldn't verify it cause no one was in the office so she couldn't cash it. I called and spoke to a male and he claimed that if I went back they would hold it for 5-6 days. Kept getting the run around with these people when THEY messed up my check, and on top of that I felt a bit of racism in that place cause I was the only black girl in there and everyone else was going in and out in under 5 min. While I had to keep going back and forth I never had any problems cashing a check ANYWHERE until I came here. It's my fault for choosing this sucky service cause I thought it was more convenient due to how close it was. But this is the FIRST and LAST time I come here. Will be going back to money tree for my checks. The clerks are very rude and don't try to help at all. DO NOT CASH A CHECK AT THIS PLACE!!
