I had a great experience at O’Reilly’s thanks to Anthony! I came in totally clueless about what kind of windshield wipers I needed, and he patiently helped me find the right ones. They were in stock, and he even installed them for me right away. Really appreciated the friendly service and how he made the whole process quick and easy (~15 minutes total time)

The team at this location was very helpful before. They recently hired a new manager, and he seems to be running all the good knowledgable staff away. Every time i'd come there it was like family. The staff knows me and are always welcoming. I ask questions, and they know what i'm talking about. I will always be loyal to this location for that reason. To the new manager I say take a real good look at your team you have, and realize they are the good ones. When you see you have superstars working for you my guy treat them well. Good workers with knowledge of vehicles is rare. Be good to my guys up there Mr. Manager you've already ran off a few of the good ones. Please realize the talent you have before it's too late. Thank you in advance. I only gave 4 stars because of you treat your team right. Good day sir.

Walked in today to replace my car battery and Dusty helped me select a new battery
He then replaced it and took the defective one away for disposal
I could not have asked for better service

Needed help getting replacement bulbs for my wife's car while she's hospitalized. Anthony was there this morning, and treated me like family. Definitely went above and beyond. Made this old veteran's task a lot easier. Will definitely be a return customer. Much appreciated, folks. 🫡

I stopped at this location Friday morning they were just opening Chilo was great helped me find what I needed and actually went outside to assist with putting coolant in and checking for leaks he even gave me the. Number for his mechanic way to go Chilo great customer service

Came in tonight and got the best help someone can ever ask for in an auto jam. Bert and Dorian were closing the store and took time to help me tonight and it turned my situation around significantly. Their customer service, support, empathy, and ability to act quickly is an important and impressive skill to find in anyone. These two deserve high praise and a big raise. If the opportunity comes up to promote these gentlemen and I were management i’d do it in an instant.

Took my car (Lexus RX 350) to get the battery checked. Trevor, assistant manager, checked it and we were told the battery was bad. A new battery was recommended. He told my husband he could install it, when in the past O’Reilly’s would always send us elsewhere. Battery replaced, but then my husband drove away and the infotainment screen went black. Went back to O’Reillys and Trevor was not helpful. Took no accountability. Took the car to Lexus and told a power surge shorted the screen. No issues previous to battery replacement. Cost to replace $8000. O’Reilly’s is liable. This is not acceptable. They clearly hired an incompetent individual who had no clue what he was doing. Never trust O’Reillys.

I stopped in here tonight to pick up a parking lightbulb for my car. William waited on me & all I had to do was tell him what I was looking for & the make & model of my car. He looked it up on his computer & quickly found it & located the light bulb in the store.
I mentioned how my car trunk keeps coming down on me when it's open & I'm leaning into it. He looked up the springs & told me that was what would probably fix the problem but they didn't have any in their store. I was able to have him order them from another store & they will be there by 9:30am, tomorrow. He told me I could return them if they didn't work even if the package was opened.
It was such a quick & painless visit. I was there about 8pm & the only one in the store so that always helped. I didn't go looking around but what I could see upon entering & standing @ the counter the store was clean, neat & well organized. It's close to home so I will definitely be back for any of my car needs.
Now to just get my friend to replace the parts in my car! lol

Easy Access, plenty parking, well stocked store.
