The Orleans Hotel & Casino offers pretty decent rooms for the price, though some are worn. The location is perfect for a convention and is well-situated, no more than 20 minutes to downtown. The big casino is clean with an interesting atmosphere, many games machines, and gaming tables, though some find the casinos tight. Experiences vary greatly: some praise the excellent housekeeping team and excellent room size, while others report horrible experiences with maintenance, room conditions, and service. The property features a good buffet, a great Irish pub, a bar with live music, a cinema, and a small area for children. Nearby, there is a bustling cafe and other food areas. Safety is noted as very good with no mishaps.

We went down for the WCC basketball tournament and enjoyed our stay. We had a newly remodeled room close to the elevator. We had a great meal at Big Al's. I put $20 into a machine our first night and played on it for 6days...cashed out $17😅
