I just came in to buy some items and there was no associate in the store or behind the counter. I sat and waiting a couple minutes to see if someone would come from the back and no one came out. Someone easily could swiped a whole table of product. What a huge LP issue

Always great deals at this Pacsun at the outlet mall at Charleston! José helped us out. He is very nice and helpful, he gave us informations and checked on prices and availability! We did shop a lot thanks to his kindness and helpfulness!! We were impressed with José! Kudos!! Great customer service!!! Thank you!!

Pacsun has the worst delivery recorded in the history of online sales. I made a purchase on December 7th and until today (24) the order did not even leave for shipping. This is not the first time it's happened. But it was also the first and last time, I don't buy it anymore and I won't recommend this store to anyone!

Great value! Clearance all year long buy 1 get 2 free! During Holliday season it's buy 1 get 3 free. new styles pushed out every Tuesday. Store is messy bc they are short staffed but if you are nice to the workers they will help you! If you're looking for something specific ask managers as they have most knowledge of product. Employees are responsible for ship from store so that's why orders take a while to be processed as there is a lot to do.

My daughter got some clothes at the pac sun at fashion show mall, then she remember she got a coupon so we went back to this location to return and re buy the items to get the discount. The girl at checkout was super patient and kind. Loved her. Thank you so much for your help!!!

Tried entering the store 20 mins before close.. doors locked. 3 employees folding shirts in the store pretending they can’t see or hear me.I get it, they wanna go home when the clock strikes 8, but locking up 20 mins early? And then ignoring me when I’m standing there knocking on the door? Pretty ridiculous experience

Today I was helped by a girl I think named Si or Cy. At Las Vegas premium outlets and she stood out being the only employee in the store. She had literally every section handled from the dressing rooms, cashier counter to folding and greeting customers. Can’t find them like that anymore, she deserves a big raise Pacsun
